I’m sorry but wouldn’t any logical person kick him in the face using the bannister as something to balance on. He has a clear advantage and is up hill, he could literally jump on him and make him fall over with his momentum and then in the meantime grab his bat and then use it on him but instead, he stood there and allowed him to get at the same level and then kill him. Like how the fuck would anyone not predict that’s going to happen. Furthermore, why walk into a lions den??
I get it that every generation someone had to die, but killing a main character off screen and handle this like a mistery just so it's uncovered in the final scene was a horrible move. Even the third generation that is garbage has a better character death than this.
I literally don't know how I missed Freddie's death but I did. I was just as confused as the other characters were.. I didn't even realise until the last episode when Cook found his bloody clothes. I found out because of a skins retrospective video and in result got the urge to search for this and this wasn't what I was expecting at all. I LITERALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW I SKIPPED THIS PART. This still hit hard and the fact that they didn't get no explanation about what happened to him hurts even more. I wish they showed the reaction of the others, more JJ and Cook's reaction than Effy's since they have been friends since childhood and because Freddie was so focused on Effy, he didn't have room to connect with the other characters in the show which kinda sucks.
This scene was so fucking unnecessary and dark, and skins just never gave him a proper ending . We never got to properly mourn this death. Skins was so good at introducing characters but then never knew what to do with them other then have them spiral into over the top melodramatic drama.
Exactly
Before Negan killing Glen there was this guy killing Freddy
Shark official jumped, what the hell were the writers doing in this season.
This scene is so traumatizing
I laughed my head off when Freddie said "wtf am I doing in your house?"
Should met up with Foster in public. Granted Freddie is young and naive. Eddy literally just finished telling Freddie how dangerous Foster was 😞
Wth.. i searched for Freddie edits because hes my fav character.. Im only on volume 3 and i see this. Currently crying
++ , I had watched this serial only bc of freddy and today when i saw this episode … If I will say that I was shocked , i will say nothing. Now I hate this serial , the most awful scene i had ever watched .
The most unrealistic thing is that Freddie didn’t even attempt to fight back.
I've just realised when rewatching that they actually cut a scene out when freddie looks down like he's scared you can see this scene on the beginning of the next episode when it says previously
Yup, still traumatized till this day.
NOOO IM NOT GONNA WATCH BECAUSE I CRY SM
Oh How I wish he had called Cook over instead, instant fatality
I’m sorry but wouldn’t any logical person kick him in the face using the bannister as something to balance on. He has a clear advantage and is up hill, he could literally jump on him and make him fall over with his momentum and then in the meantime grab his bat and then use it on him but instead, he stood there and allowed him to get at the same level and then kill him. Like how the fuck would anyone not predict that’s going to happen. Furthermore, why walk into a lions den??
@Heidi some people just don’t have the fight or flight Instinct within themselves I guess
No because this deadass broke my heart....
lets start a fandom and fade this episode out…
Freddy and Effy are still a couple they married and have child
TOO SOON. (I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH TIME HAS PASSED)
This is beyond messed up that they cut Freddie out like that this scene turned my stomach 🤮
His death still traumatized me
Showed this to my friend and he laughed! It scares me to this day but he's never watched skins. This scene makes me so sad 😭
this scene still hurts to watch after 3 years
The only tiny shred of satisfaction we get from this is knowing that Cook goes absolutely fucking ballistic on Dr Weirdo soon after this scene
I get it that every generation someone had to die, but killing a main character off screen and handle this like a mistery just so it's uncovered in the final scene was a horrible move.
Even the third generation that is garbage has a better character death than this.
After cook kills foster “allegedly” he became my favourite character
He has the highground and he still lost this was infuriating
nope nope too soon it still makes me so sad and angry WHY JUST WHY
Can’t believe this is 10years old remember watching it first time it aired what a show good times
I don't get how he couldn't have kicked him down the stairs instead of trying to open a door that clearly wouldn't open
freddie always in my heart :(((
This felt like when the show jumped the shark. This came almost out of nowhere
The directors thought this was Eastenders for a second
Genuinely believe this is the most traumatic season in tv history. Every episode felt like a Suckerpunch
i got trauma for this scene ngl, i loved him
Freddie needs justice! :(
I literally don't know how I missed Freddie's death but I did.
We don’t ever see the doctor pay for what he did, and the characters just think he ran away.
I cry my eyes out over it I loved him so much and just wanted him and Effy to be happy , it makes me feel ill dude.
I didn’t like Freddie, but that’s a terrible way to go out.
Why tf didn’t you like Freddie he was a great guy?
@@lanakat
His whole character was revolved around Effy. Outside of that love triangle, he wasn’t very interesting. At least Cook had more to layers to him and didn’t need a love interest to make him stand out. I didn’t mind Freddie, but he wasn’t anything special.
@@whatever512 fair enough.
This was unnecesary. More than 10 years since the first time I saw this and I cant accept it.
this scene is still one of the most chilling scenes, I've seen tbh
There's something strange. How did foster close the door if went inside the studio in front of Freddie? It doesn't make any sense. Because Freddie could have found out
It ruins me that everybody just thinks he ran away
Freddie sees a man walking up with a baseball bat. Wouldn’t your first instinct be to spartan kick him down the stairs or just completely jump on him and land on the first step
