Fitness is key, its the one thing I've done right! I have some videos planned for next year to help people avoid the problems I've faced last year. Im not sure about that, labour want to introduce pay ber mile tax and so using the roads may be rather expensive. I often have a daily sanity walk though to clear the head.

Is the audio on this video louder? Ive been learning the equalizer and i tested with this video - quality is bad though right? and agreed. there's no way around it, just working with what I've got =/
