Amazing analysis and discussion. I am not a mature scholar, but I like to say fewer things. The principles and terms of " democracy" became biased even for the founders Greece and other developed nations like the USA. The recent generations have come up with mind-blowing critics and convincing analysis on the past and existing principles and terms of democracy. Still, tough debate keeps going on, and the convincing core has never been touched or solved. So, if we believe that humans defined and benefited from democracy, I guess we are wrong. Take the USA. The nation, which assumed that they achieved the core principles of democracy. Since the past three decades, society has badely divided ever seen before, and so much socio-political chaos is shaking the nation. So, to change our tradition or reform, our constitution needs a tactical process. And let's not consider it that democracy ingredients are needed. Because democracy still doesn't have clear definitions. and can not be taken as a priority road mapping to achieve the issues discussed by profesor messay and Dr. Yohanes.
I don't blame you guys. For one thing their knowledge is at least 50 years old and it's obviously obsolete. With this outdated knowledge it's hard to produce solutions for current problems. For another thing their minds are clouded with hatred. So, it's impossible to get from them more than destabilizing opinion.
Do you think they don't read current social science and political or philosophical research outputs?Obviously ,they are at the cutting edge of socio economic and political economic research .Do not be naive .These two intellectuals are much better than your .You read only Facebook ,but they have read hundreds of books.

The constitution is based on the Lancaster template. Countries that have the constitution have changed, and they are in better democratic order. I do not see that these intellectuals have recognized historical facts.

Hi Reyot, Dr Yonas hasn't understood what a transitional government means. Sorry that we have such scholars who pretend to know everything. Asking for a transitional government is calling all shareholders for a discussion and deliberate and urgent issues of Ethiopian. Sorry Dr , it seems that you are trying to gargnize issues. Dr Yonas is trying to look as if he has a different substance but none. He has to accept that the Transitional government proposed by Lidetu Ayalew is the best. Both of them are not coming to the issue on hand.

(1) ምሁርነት የሌላ አገራት ልምድ በመዳሰስ መገልበጥ እና የራስን አገር በዚያ ግልብጥ ዕሳቤ መሠረት የሕዝቡ ነባር ጸጋዎችን ደምስሶ መተካት ነው?
(2) ሥልጣኔና እድገት ትርጉሙ የግድ ሌሎች በተረጎሙበት ፍልስፍና እና ሂደት ብቻ ከሆነ እና ምሁራን ምንም አዲስ ነገር መፍጠር የማይጠበቅባቸው ከሆነ ለምን ያስፈልጋሉ?
(3) የሌላን አገር ነገር ገልብጦ፥ የራስን አገር ጸጋዎች ደምስሶ መሠልጠንና ቅኝ በመገዛት መካከል ምን ልዩነት አለ?
