MagicBook is a plug-in developed for automatically rigging book pages. Fast rigging and simple control.
The plug-in can complete the functions of page custom posture, page turning to the specified position, and seamless multi-state switching.
Rig build by MagicBook is driven by joints, IKSolver and math expressions. Without any constrain, the baked FBX can be perfectly exported to Unreal Engine.
Only used Maya's own nodes, so files can be migrated at will.
Built-in state export function, which can keep the drive animation made by yourself for future use.
MagicBook was developed using Python 3.7 on Maya2022, and cannot be used in lower versions.
The plug-in will be released with a more detailed demonstration video later.
