ok so for the 1st station the question was just "what is the difference between primary and secondary care" but then the interviewee went further and talked about tertairy care and importance of different levels of care . I think its good she developed but the question just wanted the difference between primary and secondary care so im confused about weather we need to develop our answer more even if parts of our answer dont answer the question directly .
So definitely focus on primary and secondary care as that was the focus of the question but approaching tertiary care and how it's a super-specialised layer of care is also useful to mention. The key aspect here is that primary care is the first-point of contact and focussing on undifferentiated patients in the form of GP and A&E. Good question though! - Yusuf
