The awesome soundtrack from Gangster Bros is called "Beware the Forest's Mushrooms" and it's from Super Mario RPG on the SNES. It is easily one of the catchiest video game songs of all time. Another awesome one worth checking out is "Monty on the Run"

I remember old Mario Flash games... The ones I used to play a lot were Super Mario 63 and Super Mario Crossover. Those were really solid flash games.
The music that was in that gangster mario bros game that you were wondering about. It was from the first mario RPG on the snes, and in my opinion one of the best soundtracks, it's called "beware the forest mushrooms".
