    DIY Water Wall & Water Bubblers • Video
    UPDATE 4/2020: Alright everyone, I'm updating my backyard so the wall came down (a new waterfeature video to follow) BUT IF FOUND THE PUMP INFO!! Many of you asked for the pump and here it is:
    Pacific Hydrostar Submersible Waterfall Pump 120 V item 68418

    DIY waterwall on a budget. This took only a few weeks to make and once the materials are in place can be done by anyone (especially if I can do it). Take a look and let me know what you think.
    Suggestions on what to include on the video for my next project would be great too! Enjoy!

    I would suggest not using composite or regular plywood. It gets wet, it softens.
    Use 3/4 " Marine Plywood. Even better apply West Marine Epoxy to truly waterproof.
    But again, Amazing !

    Wow, this is what i'm looking for the water wall diy. Some questions though, you used a roofing paper and metal sheet for the main wall, would it be best if I use a cement board instead to prevent damp for the rest of its life? I am most concerned about getting it waterproof for all seasons and also not to mention the weight of the ledge stones once I applied it to the water wall. Can I ask what is your suggestion for that pls? Many thanks and hope to hear from you.

    You are quite talented and creative. I had a dream just the other night that I was on the second floor of an old library. The library had a metal window pane divided into several smaller panes. It was the kind of window that is like a cage that sticks out, not aligned with the wall like regular windows. Well, anyhow, I was delighted to see that running along one of the sides of this metal window frame was a type of waterfall or water wall. Is such a thing possible in real life?

    Very nice job!!!
    I have some questions:
    1- how much did the whole project end up costing you?
    2- where did you get the spill away, it would be nice if you share the website or store.
    3- does the waterfall get affected or deviated by the wind?
    4- how high if the spill away from the ground?

      Hello! This was done 4 years ago and while the sheet metal was not my favorite part of the wall it didn't rust (and we live in Utah with lots of snow in the winter, I didn't cover this in the winter). Thanks for tuning in!

    • @triciamoller8580
      @triciamoller8580 4 года назад

      Chad Spain WOW! I liked the sheet metal. It added a special touch. What would you have used if not that? Nothing? Just the black tarp over the back? We’re the sides done in stone as well? Sorry for all these questions. 🥴

    • @BlueHouseYellowDoor
      @BlueHouseYellowDoor  4 года назад

      @@triciamoller8580 Great questions. I guess the reason I didn't love it was that it was slightly crooked and I couldn't fix it once I glued it on. The sides of the wall were covered by the sheet metal and on the back it was just the plywood. I just finished a new water feature and will have a new video up within the next week, I think it's even better!

    • @DrGhostHunters
