Stephen Manning is a great man, a true Irish hero. He is fighting for your Constitutional rights, Human Rights and Civil Rights and the rule of law, and against the corruption which is depriving you all of these rights.
It is utterly, utterly, demoralizing. This great man has done just about everything one could possibly conceive COULD be done in a modern, 'enlightened', 'sophisticated' society. You name it, he has done it, pulled out ALL the stops; and now they have just veritably said we will use force against you if you approach us again with your (extremely well-founded) grievances and concerns. I mean, what does one do??????? What higher 'untouchable' body can you take it to to seek resolution??? Ireland is FOR SURE the Wild West of Europe. God help us all, and forgive these 'people' for their sins, their many sins.
I agree. Your High Court ban is illegal. The Irish governments attitude to Poland is wrong but also hypocritical. I also disagree with the EUs 1 million euro a day fine against Poland. Still, the ECJ should be able to help you access to due process in Ireland Stephen.
This is just mind blowing stuff!!!
