Great effort to make up for the slow start Mark. Bit of an obstacle race with lots of sharp corners and narrow paths!
This is on my to do list park runs i have done the Hot Toddy 10k here aswell

Yeah it was a hard run, I think I could of taken 20s off the run if I was not overtaking and getting confused of where the starting point was
