    The metal scraper is the right one to use on the build plate but it looks like the bevel was facing up, flip it and try getting under it at an angle that matches the bevel, it will come off much easier.

    Frank I think you have me thinking about waiting on a 3D printer🙃

      @@RobertPedersen-c1z No! Don’t wait! Buy it now! 😄
      Actually, weigh your decision carefully. Make sure you have the room, and the ability to vent it. An important consideration is also temperature. Too hot or too cold is no good. My basement is 65 to 67 degrees year round, and I can vent to the outside.

    I read that far down… thank you..😂 Now I’m off to order a spare vat for my Saturn 4 🙄 (I didn’t know it came with a cover) Reading is useful sometimes.

    Great video update Besides the 3D printer how many more components do you need, to build a full kit.👍🏿

      @@modelcar1589 I bought the Mercury XS Bundle which consists of the wash tank and curing station, an extra bucket for the washing station, a Mars Mate Air purifier, some mini air purifiers and a cheap “grow tent” from Amazon. There’s link in the description of the video for everything but the grow tent, because it comes up as “unavailable” on Amazon.

    do you wash all resin in water or only certain resins ?

    • @FranksModelWorks
      @FranksModelWorks  3 часа назад

      @@richarddominik6253 the type of resin I use is specifically “water washable”. Other resins are washed in Isopropyl Alcohol. If “Water Washable” isn’t in the product name, then it’s cleaned with alcohol (usually 99%, which can be bought on Amazon or at a hardware store).
