Please what should I do to the one that form thick trace immediately I start turning it, for it to change to light trace
-What type of oil(s) did you use?
-Is your caustic soda quantity accurate for the recipe?
-Is your water quantity accurate for the soap recipe?
-What was the temperature of oil(s) and chemicals solutions? high or low?
-Did it happen when you added fragrance, if yes, what type of fragrance did you add?
If you're sure you followed a correct recipe, You may try adding little more water to the batter and continue stirring--(though I have not done that before).
If you poured into mold or you are not satisfied with the final result, i will advise rebatching the soap when it have harden in order to correct the mistake.( Technically hot process method)
That's grating the soap into tiny pieces, adding enough water, melting it down on a low heat, adding ingredients needed to correct the soap and others (optional) pour it into your mold.

That is one of the best, adding a little kaolin in fragrance 24hrs before production. The scent will last.

Yes you can. Sulphonic acid is a foam booster/agent but I normally use it in multi-purpose Liquid soap production.
I have not added it my bar soap recipe.
Some people add SLS to their bar soap to serve as foam booster... But remember, the more ingredients, the more money it cost.

Hello Guys. I made my soap using pork lard, fermented Caustic soda solutions and a bit of Sodium Silicate but I was so surprised the next day when I saw whitish drops on the soap. What could be the cause please help.

Which is better kaolin or calcium carbonate
Depending on what you want to achieve, they both serve as fillers. Kaolin gives smoother soap property while calcium carbonate gives exfoliating and abrasive soap property.
