Thanks for posting this; I've been trying to figure out where they went, or any good route to ride in Angwin. Do you have a link to a map with those names? Some of those don't seem to be on sites like trailforks.
No map...yet... I've lived here in Angwin for decades. Started riding up here 25 years ago. I work with the College to maintain the bike trails and keep an eye on things - like rogue trail building... I have built a number of trails over the years with permission from the College. So I know all the trail names. The College is working on creating a trail map. All those sites online, Strava, etc. all have different names for the same trail. lol!
That trail had some awesome features, great all around ride. You and Alexander always have a great time riding together and it shows, thanks for sharing with us!
Tom is a stunt man. Skated with him last Sunday. Ripper. I got lost in Angwin about 7 years ago. Then rode it again with Tom last May. He worked us....
This and the New Zealand videos have me itchin for the next video every time I finish it. This is a solid collaboration guys, love watching the rides... but just as much fun to watch the friendship, jokes, and experiences.
These videos are awesome! I'm really enjoying following along and it's cool PUC has a dope trail as well (I grew up SDA and went to an SDA university).
As soon as I saw the parking lot I knew they were at Gotts. That place is amazing. They must have gone on a weekday because that place gets crazy on the weekends.
Right. I know where this is. A while back Brian posted a video of a cool trail near Lake Hennesey, and this trail system is someday going to link to that one to form a really big trail network. Personally I really like the raw, and roughness of trails like these in Angwin. I need to get there later this spring (if it ever stops raining here in NorCAl)
Great video! Cant wait to ride in my home state again! Definitely miss all the trees and green scenery this time of year! look forward to the next one!
Bkxc you are a good rider far better than you think it just seems you get in your head you can’t do something man I promise you can just don’t be scared to get hurt
Have you heard of the trails in the wiemar institute, it's another 7th day Adventist college with a trail system. It says no bikes but I ride there all the time and have only been kicked out once. Lol
Love these series! Especially since I live in Sonoma county and you're showing all these awesome looking spots I've never been to yet! Are guys planning on an Annadel ride? I'd love to come out and ride with you guys!
Nice video! Hi Brian , there’s an awesome trail here in El Dorado called salmon falls trail and check out MMT or Mickey/ Minnie Mouse trail and Donald Duck trail. Fun DH except the climb but worth it.
There's a really cool long trail that goes from Angwin all the way to lake berryesa that is fast and flowy. Also, the Mexican store with a restaraunt in angwin has amazing food, definitely check it out, it's down the street from Gotts
Nice sick still unknown trail system. Flowy but very techy as well, alot of surprises out of no where. Looking forward to see where the trails are going to go once more known and popular.
Next time try the Himalayan Sherpa kitchen! Great food plus beer and wine and outside eating. About a football field North and on the east side of highway 29. Open Christmas and all Holidays! Taylor's is good just way high dollar! Just a thought! How does one contact Tom? Sorry, great video as always! Love your laughter!
The thing about Nor Cal is you have the Sierra mountain range and the Coastal mountain range. No to mention to truly Nor Cal when you get up above Chico.
*RUclipsr Brian Kennedy aka BKXC, you should know by now to make sure the video processes in 4K and only them to click "Publish".* *I've been having the same issue with a few of MY mountain biking videos in the past when it glitched and didn't process all the way to 4K* *If you wait for several hours and it doesn't render from HD to 4K in the pre-publish link (private mode), delete and re-upload* *I'm just giving you advice to overcome this issue and I love all of your videos, so I'm not a troll or a hater, i'm a fan bro. Keep up the great work!*
Brian and Alex: "Woah, wasn't expecting that!" Tom: "gitgud, n00bz!" I think a lot of that is above my pay grade, but still a really cool looking trail.
I think your next redemption series should be in British Columbia so Alex ma man can have a taste of what a BC gnar is. You guys are awesome to watch 🤙🏼
Look into the 'KS ETEN Lever' dropper post... I was able to find it on JensonUSA for 98.10 USD, and I agree that this style of dropper post needs to be reviewed and tested by more mtb youtubers.
It's RUclips again. I always upload at 4k about a week before the video is released. Recently there have been a couple episodes that didn't fully process and get stuck at 1080p. I emailed RUclips to re-process the video.
@@Cassienope i went early last year before it was ridden much. Half way down the really flowy bit with all the jumps i looked down and was COVERED in ticks.
Glad you enjoyed my backyard!

The redemption CA series has been a blast so far. Another great one, thanks for bringing all of us along on the journey.
These trails are amazing! Remind me of what we ride here!
That trail had some awesome features, great all around ride. You and Alexander always have a great time riding together and it shows, thanks for sharing with us!

those trails look fantastic ... loved it .... big Thums Up !
This is my favorite video so far!
Another awesome ride from my two favorite duo! Keep up the great riding and keep inspiring others!
That looked like some good dirt and a good time for sure! Nice to see the new whip in the footage- cool color.
Great adventure, loving all the cool riding you both are getting to enjoy.
Gotta go to ucsc, sts would love it!

Yep, it'll be pretty cool when it all links up!
What an awesome trail!! Gotta love the local guiding as well!
This video got me so damn pumped!
Awesome video once again Brian!!
Another BadAss ride so stoked about the redemption

Nice trails 🤘 you got lucky at the end of episode #8 when you fell down the cliff 🤦. Loving the series as much as your recent spain trip with Andrew!
You guys made me want to bike! And I’m going to keep practicing so I can enjoy it even more
Nice video! Hi Brian , there’s an awesome trail here in El Dorado called salmon falls trail and check out MMT or Mickey/ Minnie Mouse trail and Donald Duck trail. Fun DH except the climb but worth it.
and Shred Ready makes some sick kayak helmets
The dirt to rock ratio looks perfect on that trail!
JC TRAILS agreed! You gotta love the NorCal loam!
And those side hill benches - keep you on your toes for sure.
Amen!
That dropper post reminds me of my KS ETen; it's also lever actuated. I literally got that in yesterday and it’s sick
There's a really cool long trail that goes from Angwin all the way to lake berryesa that is fast and flowy. Also, the Mexican store with a restaraunt in angwin has amazing food, definitely check it out, it's down the street from Gotts
What dropper post did Tom have there? That’s pretty cool! Awesome video too!
Nice sick still unknown trail system. Flowy but very techy as well, alot of surprises out of no where. Looking forward to see where the trails are going to go once more known and popular.
Looks like a good time!
That looked like an adventure for sure.
That just looks glorious. Still a few weeks from being on dry dirt here.
Shine sun shine!!
BKXC was giving it the beans!!

Oh nice!! Love the recommendations. Email me bk@bkxc.bike and I can put you in touch with Tom.
Awesome as usual.
Best riding is Downieville, santa Cruz, Tahoe area. Hopefully Alex is staying long enough to ride it
Which trails would you recommend?
Downieville and Tahoe are still covered in a lot of snow.
trails wont thaw out till june at the very least
Maybe if he will be here until July
Cool... The area reminds alot of an island there we have some descent altitude, there is not so long trails unfortunately!!
The thing about Nor Cal is you have the Sierra mountain range and the Coastal mountain range. No to mention to truly Nor Cal when you get up above Chico.
Man so sic, trail looks awesome. Awesome series! You might have to create a redemption tour...
Haha I know, might be a great little tour!
BKXC yeah man! 🤘🤘🤘
Taking notes, will be hitting up these trails myself! Great series, I will be bummed when it ends :(
Love it!
Those trails look awesome! 🤘

Nice! What sunglasses are you wearing in the car? Big fan of those.
Man, I bought them at Whistler, I think they're Ryders.
I went to PUC! Met my wife there! And I started mountain biking too. All three changed the direction of my life for the better.
That's awesome!
Brian and Alex: "Woah, wasn't expecting that!"
Tom: "gitgud, n00bz!"
I think a lot of that is above my pay grade, but still a really cool looking trail.
What so awesome in particular about this dirt? Fun trail network, but looks like it could be sketch with so many leaves all over.
I ride here regularly but always Smiles and Dans. What trail has that awesome rock roll? This whole series has been fantastic!
That was a good video amigo muy bueno .✌🏻trails are awesome
Bummed you won't be able to show Alex any of the Downieville/Lakes Basin trails this time of year. I hope y'all make it up to Humboldt though!
YES! Shred! I’m a student at PUC! We are so fortunate.
I went to Bangkok and I pushed it to the limit.
Arms crossed negative!
Sick trails!
Great video. Lovely Loamy.
I think your next redemption series should be in British Columbia so Alex ma man can have a taste of what a BC gnar is. You guys are awesome to watch 🤙🏼
These trails look amazing and so dry!! I was just at demo flow and some parts were a bit sticky😂😂
I’m addicted to these videos
Does anyone know the name of Tom's dropper post? Thanks it's seems sick

Ohh that smooth ride haha
You almost defiantly won't see this brian but was the " Soggy bottom boys" A reference to " Oh brother where art thou"??
Great stuff buddy 😜👌
Just me or the video look like 480p even on hd?????
There is lots of weird artifacting going on for a 1080p video, looks like probably a compression issue in the export
yes, noticed that too... also on the singletrack sampler vids.
Not just you, I had to check my settings. Whatever the cause, I blame ¬RUclips!!!
It's RUclips again. I always upload at 4k about a week before the video is released. Recently there have been a couple episodes that didn't fully process and get stuck at 1080p. I emailed RUclips to re-process the video.
@@bkxc this is the first time I noticed it on your channel, they're usually super crisp
Radical as usual! I think you're working up a great tourism campaign for NorCal, pitch it to visitcalifornia!
It's twelve midnight the Orient (Philippines) and BKXC notification just popped out. Guess I'll be late for school tom! Priorities ya know😉
Represent! 🤙
that took longer than I thought it i thought would have been instant
Aww that terrain looks insanely fun! That velcro dirt though mmmm.... but am i the only one not getting 4k!!!???
Fuck! RUclips has been pretty shitty lately with the processing. I'll email them.
So you went out to a Seventh Day Adventist town for Redemption? 😜 Did they make you listen to the elevator pitch?
I demoed a ripmo last Saturday and loved it. Really considering trading my sb6
Nice it looks like UK dirt from here🇬🇧 but what ever it is it’s something different that makes it fun!!
First MTB trail ride video with the Ripmo 🤘😎
Weird. I was just gonna do a search of your channel from Seth and Alex talking about you and boom, you showed up in my feed.
7:15 Is the Deep Country! 😃🙃
lol - TP for your bunghole........good video.
Hey bud if you two are still up in Napa Skyline and Crockett are some fun ass flowy trails.
Crockett is a mud pit filled with cow poop right now. Not a good place. Needs a lot of drying and some trail maintenance before it's rideable / fun.
@@Cassienope i went early last year before it was ridden much. Half way down the really flowy bit with all the jumps i looked down and was COVERED in ticks.
nice ride!!👍🏼😎
Leaves like that scare me haha
Gotta get Alex out to Georgetown for a tour 🤘 Loving redemption CA!
You guys better ride the sanchez ranch
I think I saw a field mouse in Alex's beard there 😁
what was the name of the lever actuated dropper post that Tom has?
I got addicted to this channel!
8:25 session the hector's
love this series.... btw what's the song in the intro?
Wonder if they can ride near Tahoe or not. Snow levels.
Not for a long time, too much snow!
Are you using the hero 7 with the GoPro gimbal
nice ride man. Drop a link for that dropper post, eh?
