About using the cart to sneak into Bathal early, like said in the video the guards will attack you if you leave the cart before it exists the town. But that actually can comme in handy if you have a gaol key or a makeshift gaol key. Just let the guards arrest you and you'll be taken directly to the gaol.... in Bakbathal.
For the sphinx urn, you can just go to bakbattahl, pick up the guy you need to deliver the urn to, and use a ferrystone back to the sphinx and the urn and finish the mission that way. Actually TRANSPORTING the urn is such a waste of time lol.
Silence in general Is the dragón cheeser, if silenced mid cast It staggers the dragón a bit.... If they aré in the air when doing It, They plummet straight to the ground, exposing their heart and leaving them stun
I hoarded my books on my first playthrough but was already realizing having all these books on a class like spearhand or warfarer gives you a lot more flexibility with your magic stat without wasting skill slots. I’m definitely going to bring the silence to my next dragon fight!
another early tip that ive discovered and never seen ANYONE mention. you can get to the volcanic islands as early as you can get the to battahl. if you go to the north east side of bakbattahl and down to the coast (where you get the blue crystals side mission and the path that leads to the old wyrmlife dude in the cave) there's a campfire on the coast. simply use it and wait til morning, stand there for about 2 -5 minutes, and a gryffin will come and attack. climb on his back and eventually he'll fly very low over the bridge on the other side of the volcanic islands door and you just time the jump onto the bridge (it helps to move the camera to the side). and you're in.

When you activate the riddle, just release the guy rather than teleporting back and forth. 2. With the cart to go through Bacbattahl, rest at Checkpoint rest town till morning, then sit on bench and pass time once. @@RageGamingVideos Since I have not see anyone else notice this weird tidbit of info... there is an alternative way to refill your lantern with a foaming slime. You have to have the foaming slime above your waist line and they do not have to be alive to refill your lantern. Far as I can tell they refill by about a stage or two. Also be aware that dousing also lowers your lantern too. Green slimes will also lower too and if the slimes that are burning are still lit then they will drain but if you cool them off then they will refill if they are above your waist line. I figure this trick would be best named the alternative lantern refill method. If you kill a foaming slime then basically bum rush to the slime's dead body. I figure someone will likely make a mod on pc to further test this as I tried to throw oil pottery above me and haven't seen that do anything for my lantern. Not really worth making a whole other video in but thieves can also plunder dead ringer from it. In mine game mine escaped but I still got dead ringer and was super confused until I figured out why xD
I found in NG+ and beyond I had the power to quickly kill the lesser dragon like any other and that worked as well. I've done it as Thief and Warrior. But you do need to be able to take it out in probably less than a minute so it doesn't try to escape. Also, knockdown power here is very helpful. If you want to cheese it in a straight up fight, go Thief : Formless Feint > Blades of the Pyre = dead dragon.
Not sure if this has been covered yet, but in western Vernworth there are several functioning catapults that either unlock seeker tokens, unique weapons, and hidden paths. Most notable are the ones at the Ancient Battleground (seeker token) and the one at the watchtower near the Riftstone of the Patterned. Each one takes 3 hits
There's a unique dialogue if you've learned Meteoron from Trysha and have the Turquoise Ring equipped before speaking to Myrddin to complete "The Sorcerer's Appraisal" quest. One is about the Meteoron skill that it differs from all Magicks known to Myrddin while the other is why the Turqoise Ring is in your possession.
I’m not sure if someone mentioned this but with the sphinx pot it’s easier to grab the guy you are suppose to give the pot and ferrystone back to the sphinx and put him next to the pot. This will complete the riddle
I DID THAT TRICK WITH THE CART on my first playthrough!! I tried telling people and for WEEKS I was gaslighted into thinking I was crazy! I AM NOT CRAZY!

Yep, you can trap him inside the flask you get from the first (maybe second?) riddle. Then fast travel to your shrine near the sphinx and open the flask on the altar
You can also pick up the guy you’re supposed to bring the urn to and use a ferry stone back to the sphinx where you left the urn and it still completes it when you drop him in front of the urn.
Another rope lift trick if you're solo'ing as a thief, activate shadow veil before you start and the harpies will ignore you. I usually crank the handle quicker too just to be safe.
You don’t have to fight the lesser dragon at all… literally run straight to the tower and wait for the dragon to rise a little and release the shot then reload and wait for the dragon to rise again and shoot him out of the air and you are done.
thief can glitch through the godsbane door in battahl for an easy shortcut. simply walk to the door, jump, concussive, masterful kill, and you’ll float right through the middle of it. pretty nice if you want to get warfarer early
You don't have to weaken the dragon at all. Just go straight to the ballista and hit it twice, and it'll die. Also, the pawns will do all the work to move it once you get on it.
If you cross the border in illegal way, you might also have trouble if you try to come back. Not 100% sure it seems to be a bit inconsistent. First time - I entered the batthal via the long way around, and had no issues leaving the Bakbathal, though the guard on Vermond side stopped me asking for permit to enter. Had none, so he just told me to go away and that was it. Next time - I rode in hidden in cart. Was fine, wandered a bit, even back to the city and back, but as soon as I entered the border area, the guards went aggro on me. I left and used ferrystone to go back and fort a bit. Basically had similar experience in NG+, excpt that when I went to border town, for third time - was in bakbathal for extended time, still without permits and so, I was not attacked by guards. But they did not open the gate. When gate opened on for some NPC i could leave, but the dude on Vermont side would get aggro on me or my pawns. Though apparently if you let him chase long enough out of town his memory gets wiped. (Carefull though the NPC guards in town get aggro too if you fight him)
If you read about the origin of sirens, you will learn pretty soon, that they were initially portraied as something similiar to harpies, go check it out 💪
I got the Dead Ringer in that fight in Melve without killing the dragon. As a thief I fought it and noticed after the fight was over I had it. Must have been that passive theives have of stealing things with light attacks. At that low a level Dead Ringer was doing several hundred more damage than any other weapon I had up to that point.
I think using the cart to sneak past the gate is fairly common knowledge. It's a trophy/achievement. I did it without even knowing it was one. Was a bit taken back when I went to rest at the inn there to save and everyone was attacking me.
For once a great vid with new facts. So I did discover a new thing with the beggars tail quest. I used the phial of sealing on Celina and brought her to Albert’s home after the quest was over. Upon entering the home she actually comes out of the bottle herself the bottle doesn’t break. And a this triggers a total cat fight. Upon the end of the fight everyone walks away. However even though I completed the quest by giving the cloths to Hilda for the (good) ending. The next day you go to where he hid his cloths and you find the guard confused as to why they killed themselves
a tip for anyone is stuck on not getting quest to trigger: check the morgue you might find an important dead npc that is conditional to get the quest or even progress it
As for the urn, I just took the guy there, instead of bringing the urn to him. I think you can do it while carrying him and using a ferrystone, but in my playthrough I used the vial that allows you to make someone your pokemon.
Funny thing, I was waiting for a royal cart to arrive for quite a bit, it wasn't showing up for some reason but then I saw the beastren merchant make his way towards the border gate, so I followed him to see if they would let him in. He slammed and walked against the gate for a minute or two and then suddenly the gate was being opened for him, so I sprinted on through.
I lucked into the early Melve dragon kill thanks to Ulrika. After first arriving to Melve, talking to Ulrika I thought "isn't she the one that sniped my griffin, and she also faced down my dragon; damn she's a badass". Then after exploring around found the tall tower and realized this was the ballista she used and had a laugh. So when i showed up at Melve under attack by puss dragon I just rushed to the ballista. Actually was pretty sure the dragon was going to fly away because it took me so long to figure out how to position the dang thing. :D
@ziloe when I shot it I was aiming for the heart/chest each time. Not sure if level matters (when using a ballista) but I was exploring my butt off up to that point so I was probably in the high 20's or low 30's. Based off what Hollow and others said about doing damage first it may be I took so long to get it moving my pawns, Sigurd, and the troops had whittled it down enough too.
You dont have to kill the dragon to get the duospear though. If you have the theif passive to proc item steals you can steal the weapon off the dragon with just normal attacks.
I think you used to be able to talk to a pawn while on a regular oxcart and it will keep going without asking you to pay. Idk if it got patched or not.
I actually killed the lesser dragon on my second play through with the thief vocation and both of it's master skills. Unfortunately the story for that dragon doesn't change much.
Not 1 of these things is a secret in any way shape or form or is suppose to be. Secrets are like finding out Wilhemina is half beast, or saving Melve and doing Ulrika questline, or maybe finding out who's trying to kill the queen. Those are secrets, these are literally not secret at all..
i wonder what happens with the 5th sphinx's riddle (the seeker's token one) when you already found all the 240 seeker's token in a previous run/NG++ !? ^__^'
I'm level 70 now and haven't played the story yet. I've got every vocation mastered, except, of course, the mystic spearhand. So, should I be worried that I might deal too much damage to the lesser dragon when I do fight him? My party (I'm a warfarer, pawns are warrior, mage, and sorceror with maelstrom/meteron) can decimate drakes in about a minute, but I'd like to ensure I get that maister skill ASAP. Do you have any thoughts on that?
i dont know if you guys know this, but after a lesser dragon attacked Melve and u defended it, Ulrika will have a discussion with Martin (a total a**hole ) he will accuse Ulrika of treason. and if u play it right all the people at Melve will go to Harve where Ulrika will be the new chief. But if you kill Martin and throw his body to the brine (open water) he will disappear and after some time the whole quest where u need to get 4 swords to fight the Queen's men and eventually go to Harve (where Ulrika) will not happen and the people of Melve will stay at Melve.
I will keep commenting this but u can get infinite ferrystones from manella at the volcanic island camp. So what i did was when i first got through the border at the checkpoint rest town using the border pass brandt gives from the main quest, i took on and finished the quest two guys give u to take down the coral snakes first before anything. When crossing through the border gate theyre both standing to the left next to some stables. That quest requires u to go to bakbattahl. When u get there ur asked by a beastren named manella who asks u to help her catch the assassin sent to kill the queen there. Just agree to help her and she will tell u to meet her at the palace. U dont need to meet her immediately so just head to the jail to finish the coral snakes side mission first to help out hugo. After that then help manella catch the assassin and then manella will head to volcanic island camp. Then go to volcanic island camp and i just kept talking to manella. She is standing by the merchant store next to a ladder that leads to the hotsprings. If u keep talking to her she gives a ferrystone at the end of her dialogue. DO NOT speak to another NPC until u get the amount ur happy with otherwise her dialogue will change.
Is this during the follow up quest when you need to find the coral snake assassins? She gave me 1 ferrystone and that was it. I kept trying to talk to her a bunch immediately after but thats all she gave

These guys are giving away "secrets" that are written in the middle of the screen every time you use a lift. lol
In my second playthrough, I’m too overpowered and the pox dragon doesn’t have a chance against my Blades of the Pyre spamming 🤣🤣🤣
i dont know if you guys know this, but after a lesser dragon attacked Melve and u defended it, Ulrika will have a discussion with Martin (a total a**hole ) he will accuse Ulrika of treason. and if u play it right all the people at Melve will go to Harve where Ulrika will be the new chief. But if you kill Martin and throw his body to the brine (open water) he will disappear and after some time the whole quest where u need to get 4 swords to fight the Queen's men and eventually go to Harve (where Ulrika) will not happen and the people of Melve will stay at Melve.
Tbh looking to capcom to release some news on this game.
Just grab the guy you give the pot to and power back the the sphinx. Problem solved. No need for transport lifts.
so thats where i got the dead ringer early.

Bro u mean ferrystones or wake shards . Riftstones are were u summon pawns . I dont think she is chucking those out her pocket lol
@@thedelondusshow i forsure meant ferrystones😂 i was typing too fast and didnt think about it. About to edit it LMFAOOO
@@allendelacruz7970 ok lmao. Thanks for the tip
Is this during the follow up quest when you need to find the coral snake assassins? She gave me 1 ferrystone and that was it. I kept trying to talk to her a bunch immediately after but thats all she gave
@@syrupsmiles9384 ok thank u for verifying for me becuz i didnt now if i caused a glitch. So what i did was when i first got through the border at the checkpoint rest town, i took on and finished the quest to take down the coral snakes first before anything. Then i went to bakbattahl to help manella catch the assassin. Then go to volcanic island camp and i just kept talking to manella. I will literally record a video to prove i aint lying.
...you guys used the ballista??
I just unga bunga'd helm splitter spam and a freeze proc to kill that dragon
bros the mrboss of dragons dogma
lesser dragon can be killed with 2 shot. when it flys shoot it down. and you have e enough time to reload and shoot it dead. ez. that also how i killed the dragon battling the cyclops.
Who is transporting the earn anywhere for the sphinx quest ? Lol hopefully no one
I was playing as magic archer
And the drake hold my pawn
And cast some spell
When i was aim at the drake
The bow automatically aim at my pawn and I kill it
Maybe cause it's got infected by the drake
I don't no if this old details
Drakes have been able to turn pawns against their masters since the first game.
Just hit em till they go down then revive them and they'll be back to normal at leas tit worked that way in the first game.
ok, man i never saw that crank, i knew about this but couldn't get it to work. the ballista was just always facing up and i had no idea how to lower it.
You don't need to do it manually though. You hop on, start to aim to where you want and your pawns will move the ballista around for you if you force aim out of it's boundaries.
@@MexMX i tried that, just didn't work for me at the time
@@jockpackage1770 That's weird. I always do it like that. You gotta wait til the prawns notice what you want to do, but they work.
Maybe you're bugged!?
@@MexMX i've always had an uncanny ability, not to find known high profile glitches but sometimes software doesn't like me so it doesn't quite work.
I feel like they should remove the time limit in Unmoored once the expansion comes and make it kind of a BBI equivalent map with new dungeons and such. It always feels kinda sucky that you get to this post-game point but you're forced to deal with the time limit instead of enjoying your sweet time carefree and absorbing the horrific new world at your own pace.
You love harpies lol
Anyone found out how to get comforting neckwrap yet?
Been doing this since day 1 😂
I been stick on that dumbass nameless village quest😂😂😂 for Days
Sphinx is similar to Manticore and Harpies are more similar to Sirens..so that theory is quite inaccurate.
The map looks like barroth
No new secrets for me. Got all happy for know reason😂
Second here
The misleading titles of these videos is why I ignore your content over all games. These aren’t new, or game breaking. Useful tips that you’ve already posted numerous times before
First to like smile😮
So what?
How about you tell us where the Hollow cape is… instead of keep reposting the same damn video over and over and over with like 1 new thing in it… how about that
dude, let the game die already there is nothing left to discover
If you don't want to see content on a game just don't watch it. Let others who want to see it have what they want. Everyone wins that way.
I agree ,click bait titles with content that is nothing near mindblowing!
why ? if there is people still playing the game let it be, just don't mind them its simple
Which is sad. I really liked this game. But boy was the content for this amount of wait abysmal
I'm only joining these videos at this point to downvote them. There's only so many NEW UNDISCOVERED TOTALLY AWESOME BRAND NEW NEVER BEFORE SEEN ULTIMATE WISH WE KNEW 2 YEARS AGO NEWLY DISCOVERED HOLY CRAP GUYS WATCH THIS VIDEO videos before I'm sick of your shit
