If REmake actually sold well in 2002, we would have seen more remakes in that style and possibly have gotten a remake of RE2 and RE3 sooner in that style, but the fact is that back then REmake didn’t pass the Capcom test. Plus after watching Maximillian Dood stream his first time playing Dino Crisis 1 all the way through, it really helped me realize that some of the puzzles in that game are really obtuse for first time players, not unlike some of the puzzles in RE4R. Also if Dino Crisis does come back, I’d want to see dinosaurs that look as close to what we now believe the animals might have looked like rather than the Jurassic Park style. I’d also like to hear them sound more like what they might have sounded like as well. Of course I’d also like the option to switch between the two styles as well, because not everyone would like the more accurate dinosaurs. But another thing I’d like to add is instead of velociraptors, maybe just give us Dienonychus and replace the blue raptors with the Utah raptor. Utah raptor would be absolutely terrifying in my opinion. Also why not give the Dienonychus and Utah raptors similar AI to the Xenomorph in Alien Isolation as well since they’d be more easily encountered throughout the game? And perhaps they can keep the therizinosaurus as well, but maybe make that thing even more dangerous due to the claws it has on it’s hands
it’s just insane to me how capcom hasn’t cashed in on a dino crisis revival especially with the jurassic world movies coming out. literally what are they waiting for?
Man i pray they do a remake/reboot that is basically the 1st & 2nd ganes combined to make an amazing masterpiece, They have to bring back boss battles, an esp the water dinos, that is super scary esp when your character is on the water in 2, an then in the water, trying to do something an that boss dino attacks, that was super scary. They should make the feel of the game, or flow, just like a mix of the 2, or like a mix of re2 an re3 remake- even tho that game was a let down, it did have good combat, an pacing, it was just way too short, an very repetitive, it needed about triple the amount of content from creatures to weapons to locations an set pieces, But yeah man, right next to dead space 2 remake/4, the evil within part 3, Dino crisis is a most wanted game, def in the top 3. There’re so many fans who want this to be remade. It baffles me that Capcom is sitting on it. But now would be a great time to bring DC back. There’s a new JW movie coming next year. And there’s also many other dino games that are coming out in the near future. I want it so badly to happen. On the re channel subject, I think it’s fair not to pin yourself on solely one topic. The broader appeal of horror games and survival horror games fans are mostly (if not entirely) re fans anyway. I’d say broaden your horizon. It’ll have many advantages I think

The Day Dino Crisis is brought back is the day someone is going to have to check my heart rate monitor. It was my first survival horror game I ever played and forever got me into the survival horror genre. I would not be a Resident Evil fan without Dino Crisis. I have already made multiple videos in how it should return whether it would be a remaster, remake, or a brand new game. What they could do on the REX(Ironic name right) Engine when it replaces the RE Engine makes me want to see Dino Crisis come back even more. And I 100% agree on your Xenomorph from Isolation comparison to a bunch of Velociraptors chasing and hunting you. The potential is there and I see it. I just hope Capcom can see it.

After them confirming the return of Onimusha and Okami at the game awards Dino Crisis better be coming back, it’s practically one of the last popular old IP’s left to bring back.
All of the enhanced movement mechanics from Resident Evil 6 would be perfect in a Dino Crisis reboot. Think of all the sick moves you could do against dinosaurs.
I heard that the original concept for Dino Crisis 3 was that it would be set in a lab in a crumbling city but because of the 9/11 attacks, they couldn't show a crumbling city and that's why they made the space setting. Despite this, this is a game that I would love to experience. I hope that this could be on the books at Capcom but only time will tell.
So I was playing RE6, got it with a deal for the other two games. In the boss fight with Simmons T-Rex I kind of had a thought "This is probably the closest we'll be getting a Dino Crisis fight from Capcom unless they revive it."
I think it's too much of a risk for a new entry in the series. But a remake of DC1 and then see how the public reacts to that before committing to a 4th entry

Mikiami did recent saying he doesn't think its likely. But that could be a misdirection. Dino crisis should come hell Turok is getting a new game so anything is possible. Dino crisis is RE but dinosaur. Plus Regina and Jill look the same at least in the earlier games.

His LUDICROUS claim was that we have all we need and want in the Monster Hunter IP. I thought this was one of most pathetic and stupid justification attempts to stall out a Dinocrisis remake! In my opinion a Dinocrisis remake should've fallen in line DIRECTLY behind the RE remakes! As I expected Capcom's attempt with Exoprimal was HORRID waste of time ,money, and resources! It's like they tried to pacify us with a pitiful knock off of regina! I along with many were very upset and frustrated to find out that the redhead protagonist wasn't regina or anything to do with Dinocrisis! I have been one of the main individuals that constantly select a Dinocrisis remake when Capcom submitted their petitions to fan to see what remakes are of interest. Sorry about the novel of frustration. LOL! But yes, Dinocrisis should've been at the TOP of the list of IPS after RE! I'm currently playing Dino Crisis on PS5 as we speak. They definitely should remake the series.
