Just wanted to send you guys some love from Canada for all the help your videos have provided during our "Chicken Fortress" build. Take care and stay safe . Thank you 😎
Oggy, You're absolutely correct and we appreciate the feedback. That one is on our list, but it's a long list before we get to it. Stay tuned as one of these days we will get it filmed and uploaded on the channel.
My barn has this detail and it's leaking at 30 years. Not bad but now I have to caulk this seam again and it will never seal like it did when the metal was new. A better approach I've found is a mechanical approach without caulking and trough fastening. Fold the panel over the rake using a T drip for the cleat similar to this: ruclips.net/video/Nv3lerxWLH8/видео.html
Robert, I appreciate the comment. The video that you have shown will work great for a standing seam panel. This video is intended to cover the installation of an exposed fastener panel. Different installation procedures.
Metal Roofing Learning Channel it’s a universal installation process just like your box rake. Both can be done on either panel type. See: facebook.com/111943363675240/photos/a.118534396349470/118531953016381/?type=3

That was handy to watch
It would be worthwhile to make a video of gable/rake trim installed at a high->low pitch transition because that's a tricky spot.

Was there a reason in doing the end before the ridge? It seems like it's backwards, thanks.
Thank you.🥰
It's videos like this that push people to hire a professional
Great videography and instruction. Maybe skip the annoying music next time, feels like a commercial... :)
Greg, I appreciate the positive feedback and suggestions for future videos. Glad we could help with your installation.

Why does this music slap so hard?
Booo, I thought this video was going to actually teach us how to do this, not just list steps.
