The salary & allowances is Handsome but after deductions viz. PF.HR,PENSION, ETC home take Salary is not sufficient for a metropolitan city .

I beg to differ here a bit as my dad is a DGM and working for 30 yrs now. Every job has challenges. In my current job, the challenges I am facing is 10x more.. its a choice nd risk reward ratio.
