Sir I have one question, why there is so much hatred against SBI's work ethics/environment/work life balance. Many SBI employees complaint that they are not treated good and have lots of work pressure, they have to complete targets, and are forced to sell insurance/ cards/ enroll particular number of people per day in yono SBI, failing which can lead to scolding, abusing, misbehaving. Why is there so much pressure to make it like some business organization, where profit is the only motive. This is the reason (among many) that most of them are leaving job in search of better work environment.
no doubt the salary Is great and also the perks, but salary is not the only thing that one wants, there has to be peace of mind, the happiness, that satisfaction that I'm at the better place. So my question Is, Is it really that hectic and bad the way some of the SBI workers portray?? Can you please help here, it's really disheartening to prepare for such tough exam with that negativity in mind.

Sir in the SBI PO notification of 2022 they have given minimum age on 1-4-2001 ( 21 years ) so it will be the same 1-4-2002 (21 years ) for 2023, But my DOB is 3-7-2002 am I eligible for SBI PO 2023?

Sir I have some query regarding sbi po I know it's off the topic but please it's a humble request for you to reply as soon as possible when you see this comment.
1 . Agr kisi ka sbi po exam clear ho jaata hai mgr kuch personal problems ki wjh so joining late krna chahta hai to kitne time ka extension mil skta hai joining krne tk.
2. Agr kisi ne sbi po exam nikal liya hai but joining nhi kri thi lekin thoda time nikal gya mann lijiye ek saal to kya use exam dubara dena hoga... aur dubara exam dene mai koi problem to nhi aayegi?

Ans 1 -- report karne k baad extension mil sakta h but jyada se jyada 1 week usse jyada nahi

Ans 2 --- agar aapne 1 year ka delay kar diya toh Job toh gayi aapki, ,,,phir agar wapas SBI me Jana h toh Dubara exam Dena hoga....Exam Dene me no issue
