Rbi compare themselves to iim. But iim dont compare themselves to rbi garde b Only bad quality of iim grads join rbi grade b. Top people join consultancy and investment banks. Only happiness for rbi people is that their starting salary is at par witn iim. But an SDE2 earns more than dgm or gm at rbi. Facts need to be told.

Faltu baat. IIM is anyway is a better option. Don’t add these into the CTC. Actual CTC of Grade B officer is 14 L per year. Jitna perks aap Bol rate ho na. Like food, Travel, Furniture etc. Ye sab Private company mai phi milt hai. But they don’t add to CTC. Free food , Free Leave and Travel, Petrol, Cab, Furniture etc.

In comparison you only mention WORK-LIFE BALANCE, I think critical things are missed out 1) What is the yearly growth ( like a 15 % hike etc.) in GRADE B VS IN IIMs ABC 2) Salary after 10 years in grade b vs IIMs ABC 3) Position in a company after 10 years in IIMs vs Grade B 4) Exposure in RBI grade b vs IIM ABC 5) Is the RBI Manager job better than a marketing or sales job, etc. 6) Does RBI Grade B switch into a private sector( like in JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs, etc.)
