Yes. A turn based Zelda would definitely be incredible, if it had the same artisanship and work poured into it as the regular Zelda games. Now, would it be as POPULAR? maybe not. Maybe not even popular at all.
Like I mentioned in this pitch, I think GBA/DS era was the time to strike for this potential idea & test the waters.
Can't see it ever happening now but would absolutely love it.
