Dang I never thought about how lefty’s balls spin the other way and can change a lifetimes worth of a receiver catching only right handers and suddenly having to catch lefty would really be annoying. I wonder if players like Tua and Tebow have and had a slight if not big disadvantage being lefty by causing receivers dropping more balls simply because they’re so rare to come by a left handed QB at the NFL level. Given that QBs in the NFL can rip the ball so damn fast and powerful that your hands can get destroyed without gloves I’m sure the ball spinning the other way at the speed and power that these high level QBs are throwing at would definitely mess things up until they get used to it and considering the greatest wide receiver of all time says a lefty ball is a lot harder to catch, it must be a real big issue and also makes me think and wonder if teams take that into account when drafting QBs
