If the bike has disc brakes, be sure you use a brake filler once you take the wheel out. Prevent collisoning the brake pad if you accidentially push the brake lever...
Hi. Do you know any issue for taking an Ultegra 12v Di2 on a trainer? I have a Flux and I tried twice to put the bike on the trainer grabbing the derailleur with hand. The isuue is that it doesn't go up more than on the 21t cog. When I mount back the rear wheel the derailleur is in protection mode so I have to do the unprotection procedure.

I always forget how to put the bike back on the trainer 👍🏻
no mention of the adapter for the thru axle.
“How to take the bike off the trainer”
“Okay once your bike is off of the trainer” you completely skipped getting the bike off of the trainer
Too fast
