I started watching MHA 10 days ago and I finished all the series after a week and then it took me another day of sorting the whole thing i my mind to finally realise that kacchan is actaully a portmanteau of Katsuki and the "chan" honorifc. and after I google it I found out that chan is used as a term of endearing and between close friends and the fact that bakugo never told him to stop or to not call him that is jst so endearing.
@InstantEditz not gonna say they became best friends, but bakugo did become a little friendly with midoriya...... in bakugo's way. I didn't read the manga but considering there where many spoilers in the youtube, I can say that in season 6 ( the next arc ) they did become more of friends
@InstantEditz as I said in the new arc which will be season 6 the do become best friends, they'll have a heart to heart talk or more like bakugo would finally open up, we get to know why he was always mean to midoriya and finally see them become friends, again I didn't read the manga but this was a spioler a stumbled into in youtube and I regret my whole life because of it

and after I google it I found out that chan is used as a term of endearing and between close friends and the fact that bakugo never told him to stop or to not call him that is jst so endearing.
@InstantEditz not gonna say they became best friends, but bakugo did become a little friendly with midoriya...... in bakugo's way.
I didn't read the manga but considering there where many spoilers in the youtube, I can say that in season 6 ( the next arc ) they did become more of friends
@InstantEditz as I said in the new arc which will be season 6 the do become best friends, they'll have a heart to heart talk or more like bakugo would finally open up, we get to know why he was always mean to midoriya and finally see them become friends, again I didn't read the manga but this was a spioler a stumbled into in youtube and I regret my whole life because of it
