Yes, I recommend. Just simply because you never know where you might have to play. Let’s say you’re an X receiver but maybe you aren’t getting many reps but there is a chance to start at the slot position- I’d recommend knowing that spot as well
Practice! You need to play scout team, special teams and even defense. Try to find any spot where you can get on the field and build trust with your coaches so they can give you a chance. You need to always be giving 100% effort in practice drills as well and in the gym if you guys lift
Focus on drills that work in front side discipline. So what that means is keeping your shoulders parallel to the target on the release point and not letting your front elbow swing down which causes a very high release which is inconsistent. Can literally stand in front of a mirror and rep that motion out to get in good habits
What is a play? I’ve never played football. I remember when my son’s football coach asked me to explain the play book to him when he was in pee wee football and I told him that he’d better ask my ex wife because I had no idea what a play was and she knew sports. He looked at me like I was from Mars.

Hi Coach, does a WR need to know the routes of the other WR's for that play or only their route and responsibilities?

If you see this can you please help me how do I know what route to run when I line up because I’m new to football
It is whatever route they decide to call in the playbook- need to make sure you know your plays and your responsibilities on each play
how can I show off my habilites if I don't get reps in the games?
As a WR

Hey coach how do I focus on accuracy without a wide receiver
