I have the Fenty stick in confetti as well and I had the same problem with it taking off foundation. I found that if you rub your finger on the stick and then tap it on the cheek, it works WAAY better.
Then if I feel like being super extra, after I set my face I use the Colourpop highlighter in Hippo and put that on top and it looks so wicked!

Caito! I have really dry skin too. I use the Kate Somerville Quench serum, it’s available at Mecca Cosmetica/Maxima in NZ. You should go in and ask for a sample, it’s changed my skin & it’s so dewy and hydrated now :)
