  • 2023 Stanford Food Summit: The Latest Research on Plant-Based Solutions for Health and Sustainability. Hosted by Stanford Medicine’s Plant-Based Diet Initiative, this day-long conference brought together Stanford researchers to collaborate in creating a more healthful and sustainable world.
    In the Food is Medicine Panel, experts discuss this hot topic, which was recently featured at the White House Food and Nutrition Conference on Health and Hunger. The American Heart Association, in partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation has pledged substantial funds to address this in a major clinical trial over next 10 years.

    Have a RCT on carnivore🥩 🥑🥓🥚🧀 vs vegan 🥦🥕🌽 with prisoners to settle which is better once and for all.

      You probably don't know this, but Stanford already did a study comparing diets, where they compared the Ornish, ZONE, Traditional and Atkins diets for weight loss. The Atkins diet, which is a low carb near carnivore diet, kicked ass over the other three diets for weight loss.
      I will give you one guess who the professor who conducted the diet study was...yes, it was Chris Gardner...
