Wow this video was very helpful! I've never thought about the layout at the grocery store and how it tempts us to buy bad food. I'm definitely guilty of falling into the "danger zone". But I'm going to follow your tips and stick to the outside aisles, have a healthy list prepared in advance, and avoid the processed foods. I also find it helpful not to go to the store when I'm hungry or I'll buy all kinds of unhealthy foods. thank you for this great video!!
Exactly! It's all about being prepared and knowing exactly what you're shopping for. When you take the guess-work out, you leave the store with healthy food and more money in your wallet! -The FFP Training Staff
Another useful and informative video about weight loss by Fit father project. You tips are really awesome and effective. Thanks for sharing another nice video.
Thanks for the video! I'm trying to eat healthy but I never know what to buy. I'm going to use your tips the next time I go grocery shopping. Thanks to you I now know what to buy!
Healthy grocery shopping is KEY for weight loss. A lot of people hate working out but want to lose weight, well good news! You can lose weight just by dieting. That's how I did it last year.
didn't expect to see this video in this channel , very helpful and inspiring , definitely will implement the material in this video during my next grocery trip.
I just made my new weekly shopping list with your tips, I didn't realize some of the important foods I've been overlooking. Definitely gonna shop the perimeter too, great idea cause I always do get tempted lol. Thanks Dr. Balduzzi.
Grocery stores are strategically laid out in order for you to make unintended purchases. It takes the average person lots of willpower and determination to ONLY get items that they originally intended to buy before arriving at the store.
Many of us can relate to this! But now you know the ways to "outsmart" the grocery store, buy healthy food and leave the store happy about your decisions. Happy Shopping! -The FFP Training Staff
Stay outta the chips and processed foods! I think part of the problem isn't just that the healthy foods aren't as "tasty" but they take time to prepare and cook. I'm ADHD and something that usually takes a normal person 25 minutes to prepare will take me up to an hour, and takes so much time out of my day. So... I kinda did what you do, and I have go to easy foods... prewashed pounds of organic salad mix and fruits.
Hey John, thanks for writing in and great question. While grapes are a fruit and fruit is inherently healthy, they are also higher in sugar. And if losing weight/fat is your primary goal, we would recommend sticking with other types of fruit that won't spike your blood sugar as much, but still provide plenty of nutrition. Fruits such as organic berries, organic apples, grapefruit, and kiwi are better such fruits that can provide good fiber/vitamins, but with less of a blood sugar spike. -The FFP Team

How healthy are your Probiotics?
Should fresh grapes be limited during the 30 day program? If so, by how much?
