I wouldn't call it "evil" i mean yes it's bad for trashing people for doing something that is rather small in terms of significance but they have very good reason for it. No other company in the world has a better command of respect as Ferrari, simply hearing the name makes us imagine a red sports car. Let's just say they are a bit too overboard with their client selection policy. Their cars aren't something the average person can control (as far as the sports cars are concerned) and hence they only tend to sell to people who have previously owned Ferraris or know what owning one means.

Most of the lawsuits are somewhat justifiable. As far as I remember Justin added widebody kit and Deamau5e removed the logo. Also justin modified his rolls and then we all know how horrid it has been declared by everyone.

That's a good thing that they banned certain celebrities who just use this cars for marketing and status proposals. It's a sports car drive like one. Here's one more thing if Enzo had all the money to sponsor his racing team he wouldn't have made road cars. The road cars were made to support the racing team. Enzo was already clear about not making sports cars but he had to so that it could sponsor his racing team. So all this crappy celebrities who use this car for status symbol should know Enzo would not even sell those cars to such crappy customers. Imagine if Enzo had the money and he decided to just stick with racing. There wouldn't be any Lamborghini either. So yes in certain cases they are right to do that. Anyways good content as always.
