0x80072F7D it says the same message, different error code, and all the things you said to check were already set to what they needed to be
If your error code changes that means you 2 or more setting problem...
Try to solve new error code that you get now.
Any other ideas on what to do if this isn't the issue? Just checked and I have no updates or anything and what you did in this video didn't help at all.
