I posted a preview of this on Twitter and got a lot of positive feedback so I wanted to finish it and I got inspired. To me Jess and Rory are constantly butting heads and despite their attempts they will never give up on one another. Hope you like it.

I truly believe the whole time Rory was dating Logan she had Jess in the back of her mind and she did not want to get married because of it. Like no matter who she was with Dean or Logan she would go see Jess and something would happen no matter how in love with someone else she was.
This is exactly what I think too! I think she was scared because he was the only one who truly hurt her leaving like he did, but he was always the one. No matter how much she tried to deny her feelings for him she would go see him, something would happen, and he was the one she cheated on both with, and the only one she never cheated on! He was the one it would just take a while getting there, but I also believe she didn't want to marry Logan because of it!
@@tobytheshih-tzu6329 I think another reason why I think they are perfect is Jess met both of Rorys boyfriends, Dean and Logan. Yet Logan and Dean never met. Jess was always so special to Rory. I think if he didn’t mean anything to her, she never would have took his advice to go back to Yale. Despite how many people told her, it was him that really motivated her. Another resemblance I love, is where Jess said to Rory to leave with him, to get out of there together. And funny enough she said the same thing to Logan many episodes later and I thought... damn..
@@leahstephanie4982 1000% I agree with everything you said! I also really love that parallel, of her wanting to leave like Jess did, I also love that he was the only one who could get through to her. She listened to him, and he could speak to her in a way that no one else could! Another thing I also love is how Rory is always speaking for him she will translate Jess speak, like when he met Logan and didn't want to talk to him, Rory would speak for him, they still had that intellect. Jess would wait forever for her, one day she will wake up and see it's always been Jess all along, one day she will know, and she will stop running from him!
@@tobytheshih-tzu6329 YES!!! Also one thing I love is they never say goodbye. Which always opens up to the pair of them meeting exactly where they left off. There’s always a reason for them to meet again because they never truly said goodbye. Plus the gestures he did for Rory in terms of taking her to the distillers, writing in the margins of her book, destroying the yuppie snowman - he didn’t buy himself in, or buy meaningless crap.
@@leahstephanie4982 oh yesss!! I love that they never say goodbye! For Jess it was never over, he never said goodbye, because he didn't want it to end with her. They never get a proper goodbye, because there will never be a goodbye with them, he is the one that always will be, he will never stop knocking at her door, and that door will never be closed! She had goodbye's with both her other boyfriends, but never Jess, because he's the one that will always be there! Like Luke told Max it doesn't matter what guy comes he'll always be around, when Jess met Dean Rory told him okay see you around, Jess says seems to turn out that way doesn't it. He will always be around, he was there through Dean, and Logan, both were intimidated by him, but he's the one that will always be around no matter what guy is in Rory's life, it always goes back to Jess!

Now I need a good fanfiction about how could be if Rory said yes when Jess ask her to go away with him (probably a better story that what happened when she said no, because we all know that after that, she took a lot of the worst decisions ever )

Mariana CC I’ve read a few along these lines of mixed quality fanfiction.net is great for fan fic. There’s a story called ‘The Runaways’ where after coming back from Europe at the start of season 5 Rory hasn’t made up with Lorelai and so runs away to New York to be with Jess-I haven’t actually read it yet I haven’t gotten around to it but it sounds really good.
