I absolutely enjoyed this video, that store had so many beautiful items but I almost choked when you mentioned the prices, the pieces looked beautiful but yes a bit high. Thank you for sharing the scenery I agree it was beautifully picturesque. Once again thank you for the lovely video.
Thank you for taking me along with you on your beautiful day, the scenery and shopping was so fun. It would be hard to pass up the beautiful table cloth 😢
Greetings Louisa & Mark, I truly enjoyed this video the scenic drive so very pretty , Cotswolds I would love to visit just seeing pictures it looks amazing! I wish Daylesford would ship to USA.. Mark answered a question I was thinking and wondering what their prices on items were like !? Take Care ,Paula
What a beautiful place to look or shop! So many lovely flowers and much more! There is a great deal of inspiration and you have a way of making second hand things beautiful! ❤
I was at Daylesford yesterday, and it's a fab place, we might have been at the same time ! You're right about it being a great place for inspiration , I looked at that green dresser and they eye-watering price £15000 . So many gorgeous things , also loved the topiary deer .
CHRISTMAS!!! Best time of the year. Fills me with joy & excitement. Thank you love the shop. UK really know how to do Christmas. Nothing like it here in France.
Hello Louisa, I love seeing the journey. The countryside is beautiful. Daylesford is fabulous! I'm quite taken with mushrooms right now myself. Thank you for sharing today's video. Take care. ❤
Oh how much fun you two had together, keep looking around for unique ornaments....l found some myself this passed weekend it gets us in the holiday mood. 🍄🍄🍄🍄
@@elegantlyknackeredstyle l have seen them at several antique stores and even the general stores here in Memphis Tennessee 😊...lts so terrible about the high price of postal rates...
You would love Cutter Brooks in Stow-on-the-Wold, if you haven’t been yet. Amanda Brooks has the most lovely Christmas baubles, especially of the fungi variety! If you visit House & Garden you can find an outside Christmas tree she decorated with hundreds of red & white Polish glass mushrooms. A sight to behold.
Nice trip out for the day .Our friends are over to visit us in Florida from Bristol they brought us lots of goodies .Im sure you could find that mushroom material on line and make your own tablecloth .
@@louisechainey2940 Thanks! Yes, I have been there many moons ago. Next time I am in the Cotswolds I will have to pop back. My Mum & sisiter sometimes go to the Cotswolds for a spot of Christmas shoppimng and I know they go there.
You can make your own mushroom tablecloth, just purchase a plain. white tablecloth, or use of dropcloth. stamp your own mushrooms with red fabric paint. 🍄
That was a lovely place but definitely more for inspiration than purchasing at those prices ! I liked your glass mushrooms, havind always been a maker I have just bought the calico and spotted fabric to make some to go with my gnomes and woodland theme I'm doing this year 😊❤
Road trip yah. Such fun!! Lovely video. Daylesford is gorgeous even if it is rather posh darling (read...expensive!) Have you visited the Suffolk Food Hall? You would love that too.
Yes, I have ☺️ We went once on the way to the Butt & Oyster, where the TV programme Lovejoy was filmed. You might not be familiar with Lovejoy? It was a TV series about a lovable rogue antique dealer Lovejoy and his characterful friends.
@@elegantlyknackeredstyle oh yes so do know Lovejoy. Much of our TV in New Zealand was UK content. Probably where my love of all things British started. Mumsey and I would watch...she loved it. Personally I thought he was a bit creepy ha ha but loved the antiques. Didn't know it was shot in Suffolk. Fun fact. Cheers x
If you are soon to have a new bed made, what kind of mattress will you buy? It might sound outrageous but ive just spent nearly £1000 on one and omg best investment of my life.like sleeping on a cloud
@@elegantlyknackeredstyle cool nice one,im hoping my gf will be impressed :) not sure she will appreciate the cost though haha. Looking forward to your next video :)
I think I'd make a tablecloth..a loth cheaper, do you have goats milk/cheese ? I love both, started on them when I learned about casein protein. Delamere is the milk I prefer.
Lovely video, thank you! Love Daylesford but agree it has become increasingly out of reach financially and it's expanded massively there - haven't been for a couple of years or so!
I have to acknowledge that the interior things they were selling were good quality and well made. I appreciate that Daylesford customers are not looking for a bargain either. I wholeheartedly appreciate the prices in their farm shop - organic and sustainable is a price worth paying (if you can).
Would encourage everyone to make their own decorations, so easy using things you have already the cost of some of these decorations on this video are exorbitant .

Mushrooms, cheese, 🍄🧀 & candles!!you are speaking my language! Those ornaments & the tablecloth... Swoon. Your card is so beautiful! ❤️
Walking into a cheese pantry, knowing I couldn't eat any of it was torture

Yes, I love the Malvern Hills but would love to go back again. It's been quite some time.
I loved the shop, especially the garden center, but I wish you would have given prices of more things.

Expensive cards !
Thank you for your feedback. Thankfully not everyone thinks so. Some appreciate the skill involved and the cost of small batch production.
£200 for a tablecloth most if us dont have that to live on each week
.
That would be the day pay over 200.00 for a tablecloth lol
