I've said this elsewhere, but I love how, when Rio says she had a scar, Agatha instantly says, "No you don't." Implying that she is intimately familiar with Rio's whole self and has never seen a scar. Rwar!

I think Rio is Lady Death. She took Agathas sons body back then and thats why Agatha "hates" her. This would explain why Agatha looked at Rio and said "DONT" when Teen was deathly injured, to not take his body, too! It explains also why Rio was the closes available witch near by, cause she collected Mrs. Hearts Body - thats why she came out of her grave and not out of the summoning shape of a body. In term of the last dialog, I think Teens still can be Agathas son. Rio said, the boy isnt yours. I could mean, that someone (Mephisto??) is the "owner" of that boy now, since Agatha accidently traded him in for the Darkhold.
