Self love resolution: Restart my favourite hobby (Music), It's been a year since I had stopped taking my music classes due to busy daily schedule. I always kept telling myself "I don't have time." But u know what ? I understood one thing about life. You never GET time. You've to MAKE time. I hence hereby promise myself that I will make time and go back to my hobby where I find mental peace and a sense of contentment. That is my way of self pampering. Thanks Prachi di, for giving me the opportunity to share my resolution here. Having put it here, I feel more positive and encouraging.
I'm proud of how I've been handling these past months. The moments where I had to humble myself , wiped my own tears.
So remembering to keep my head up . Taking my time. Always be proud of myself. I'm right where I'm supposed to be. I choose to be the most beautiful version of myself , inside and out.

Hola Prachi ! My self love resolution this new year is to learn the art of loving myself from scratch, by unlearning what has been fed to us since time immemorial.
1 Allowing my heart to breath, whatever seems oxygen to it 🙂.
2. Treating myself, as I would like to treat a person I am madly in love with.
3. Forgiving myself often, even when the mistake is big because I do it for others more often than not.
4. Appreciate what I have and be grateful for it.

So self love resolution in the new year for myself is that I'm not gonna overthink about anything. Since corona pandemic I started to overthink on such a small thing. Now this new year I will start by yoga itself to calm myself and stop overthinking.

Hey prachi dhi am a kinda of following u since 2k16, though am not a married girl obviously who gets married at 21,, i manage evrything(chores) at home coz my mom is ill for since some years,, but this year i would luv celebrate my very own self luv ,, at a tyms i missout some chore r to get lazy ,i would lyk say to myself dat just relax ...its ok if u missed out somethings ...nd one more thing to dressup good ,coz lot of people think if ur at home u must be seen wearing nytwear which exactly creates a kind lower impressions to the other one looking at u , nd when i say dressing up good i meant not wearing fancy clothes but some neat-o-clean kurthi as it enhances my confidence....lots of luv ❤️❤️
I wanna listen to my heart more this year and I wanna be more confident and stop comparing my life with others... I am one of a kind after all and I wanna be more true to myself, I also wanna go slow and steady and enjoy my everyday.. I want to workout more, eat healthy and just wanna be kind to myself.. most importantly I don't wanna care about the society this year..

I love how you talk you're so diffrent from other influencers on media , I suffered thro a lot on my hair I am just 15 but last year I got a Severe hairfall thing like a really severe one MAYEBE cause I was sick last year , this year today my hairfall has stopped and my hair is growing normally but my hair is just Rough and like a bunch of wool lol like my hair ii's getting better but it's still way damaged I have some slit ends as well , I just purchased this same shampoo's trial pack and here I am watching this video , I'll try this shampoo on my next hair wash day ✨☺️

Self love resolution:- 2021 was a hard time for me... I used to overthink each n every simple things. This year I'm planning not to be hard on myself. And also I'm gonna start yoga, drawing and other few hobbies which relax my mind. Ignore other's bad comments on my body, and concentrate how to bring out better version of myself each day.

I work in bank and dont have time to take care of myself working 9hours a day (9am-6pm) and with such hectic work schedule i never got time to take care of myself. I recently started watching ur videos and learnt a lot and i love ur reviews and diys. Before that i didnt even know what a proper skin care routine was.
My self care resolution for this new year 2022 is to take some time out for myself, my health, skin and hair. I will take time out even at work to drink warm water and reapply sunscreen (i have a big window near my desk😥 ). I will sleep and eat on time and also take out time for my family and dear ones ☺

So I can safely say that your scalp might be dry too , so the shampoo is bound to lather well on dry scalp and hair. However can you please help me understand whether this will lather on oily scalp? Often, we ignore that inner voice and do things that don't feel right to us - just to feel inclusive amidst our peers and colleagues. In 2022, I'll try to listen to what feels right to me and devote extra special time everyday doing that - whether it is spending an extra hour with ageing parents, going an extra mile to learn a new skill at work, burning extra calories to feel fresh and fit, or going out of my way assisting people around me when they're stuck - I'd try to do something special *everyday* by connecting to my inner self which I'm confident will guide me towards being more nourishing and nutritious body, mind and soul.

This new year I’m making many changes in my life style
There was a time when I was insecure about everything in my life, with yoga its getting better and I plan to continue with the practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation. My yoga teacher is helping me a lot.
I feel guilty because I couldn't work for months but with this new year I will try to accept my situations and be thankful to everyone who helped me. It feels like I have to start from the scratch but that's okay , I am thankful for the opportunities I have in my life.
I never acknowledge my emotions and try to be strong, it feels like my basket is full now, I plan to take my mental health seriously.
will restart book reading and going out on weekends are some of them to kick start my new year. I’m also planning to get a hair cut, I have hair fall because of stress , I am planning to cut my hair really short ( may be chin length) but I’m little scared too, because right now I don’t have any other choice .
