- In this video I work thru getting the Makar ready to travel in space. I do a few seperate resouce collections run, install more thrusters, warp drive, pentaxid tank, armor repair, more fuel and o2 tanks. Basicly ready to head out on the start of the next play session.
Those little moments, lift off, warp drive installed. one of the reasons i play this game.
When I the used the makar to achieve negative fuel use I had to use 2 - 3 medium turbines with 2-4 small turbines that was running with the small basic shield basic warp and 4 large thrusters and rest mediums watching my power usage….. before I got tagged from that surprise zerox cruiser from behind also had one basic cpu to …. I had to remove all the top sentry turrets I kept the bottom ones and used only the four pod chain guns.
when you were on the moon for cobalt, you checked the map and it said 2/3 cobalt, that means you had discovered 2 out the 3 deposits so you could have looked on the map (spin the planet on map to look on other side) and seen where the deposits you had found already were.
As far as the ship marker goes.. go into the registry and set the 'show on galaxy hud' for the ship. Don't know if it's a base game flaw or RE flaw but you need to reset it each time you use the ship, other wise it will indicate you're several AU or LY away.
You don't need trees to make plastic any more. You need more carbone substrate!
That problem you have with constructor templates and missing icons is something I've had for about 8 months. The constructor power switch also disappears as well. Kinda nice to know it's not just me.
You have a transportation booster in your suit..........
I'm using your new cv i gone to snow planet for some crashed cv that has 28 m and the dead planet for some grow plots as mow the cost to make is now nuts

Plastic tubing is a next stage refinement of carbon substrate.
Like steel plates are for iron ingots, titanium plates are for titanium etc.
So when you miss plastic tubes, you miss carbon substrate.
Nothing to do with trees.
At least not in RE2 where they simplified the crafting requirements of carbon.
A pattern I've been noticing in this playthrough and the solo one.
You don't seem to like actually reading the tooltips.
Which is a shame since a lot of the information, if not the majority of it, you need is right there for the taking.
The remaining things you need a healthy amount of curiosity for, sometimes try clicking at buttons just for the heck of it to see what they do.
And the key to any game with this degree of difficulty (especially RE1 or 2) is to often just take the time to inform yourself and being patient with the information that is available to you.
Most of the time you seem like a blind bull steamrolling through a glassware cabinet. 😂😂
did you try to validate game files in steam for those missing icons?
I don't think you need trees for anything but ammo. Iirc you needed trees for carbon substrate in RE1 but it is not the case in RE2 anymore.
Not all terrain is the same. Drills struggle with harder terrrain and I believe would fail to penetrate crust on some harder planet types.

it might be a good idea to start a farm to grow plant fiber, while you're stuck on this planet at least
