We didn't know that's what they where until I was editing the footage for the video. We where shocked and didn't know they even existed out there. Great video. We went riding out in the Hemmingway Butte area a week ago and saw a herd of big horn sheep. Haven't seen any wild horses yet.

You're right next to a canyon we used to crawl through but BLM close it off about 15- yrs ago.
That's a bummer, those closures happen too often now due to people leaving their garbage out there.
