why is he even using his clutch on downshifts? The only time he needs to do that is downshifting on a corner to keep the turbo spooled so it launches when he gets off the clutch. left foot braking magic

This was a nasty course and to make it looks effortless shows how good driver and co driver are. The lanes freak me out, lots of gravel entries and battered surfaces, that jump was crazy. Nice correction on the landing!! 👍🏻
This GT3 seems to be a 997 (last gen). So it should have 415-500hp depending on version and year of production. And no, there is no GT3 with turbo, only the 911 GT2 and 911 Turbo have one.
Morghat it has less cause it's a rallye version (decreased) - wrc is throttled down to 300 hp ... dunno if zeltner rallye is part of wrc but that car has not that much hp as it may appears to you

I'd imagine it's electronic suspension. It may loosen up the struts and even raise the ride height when they're on gravel.
I think it's about a power limitor, to reduce the wheelspin

It's a sequential, it will take that for days, he was even clutching on some down shifts which you don't have to do.

"Basic" Porsche GT3 (last one) have 475hp at 6500 rev / min and yes it's a turbo. This one have probably more cause it's a rallye version (improved).
