Baby Trend Hybrid: High Back Booster Conversion

How to convert the Baby Trend Hybrid car seat from harness mode to high back booster mode. Please excuse the photography skills. I worked with the camera person I had available.

After 20minutes outside sweating I drug our carseat inside got on RUclips and OMG THANK YOU, YOU WONDERDUL WOMEN FOR THIS VIDEO!!!! I was about to start cutting straps 😅😅

Umm I don't know if you are on steroids or what 🤣. But I just watched my guy and he watched the video and tried to get it done and then he went into the garage and got a 2ft. Long screwdriver slotted head or flat head he said. And got it apart. Ty for the video and the laughs at him of course.

Why wouldn’t you still use the back tether if your car has it? Wouldn’t it keep the sit from moving forward?

If you are having a hard time use a crowbar! I'm serious it works lol we did it to our 1st car seat nothing happened to it. The second one (I have 2 kids close in age that have this car seat) I looked up this video so I stood on it and soo easy! Thanks!

Does the headrest need to be all the way up or do u adjust to height?

Not sure if you figured out how to adjust the crotch strap, but this guy at ruclips.net/video/I72-w1mDQv0/видео.html figured out that there was a clip underneath that when removed it gives you a little more slack.

0:40 I’m stuck at this point. I took the metal plates and now I can’t get them out. The material is all connected from each side. It’s so frustrating

I think they changed the bottom buckle strap. Those little metal hooks aren't there anymore and it's one continuous belt. So frustrating they don't give us instructions!!!

No, the latch isn't necessary, BUT if not latched you will need to buckle the seat when unoccupied.
