Spong is so technically sound in the fundementals. When barlett is southpaw he steps to his left and smashes right hands right kicks and right knees.... Bartlett switches to orthodox for a fraction of a second and spong kicks his front leg... every time. Its like he is a computer.. constantly analysing his opponent and automatically deciding and executing on the most high probability strikes in that given moment instantly. Its absolutely perfection of the fundamentals with extreme power. Its poetry in motion.

Shouldn't have even happened way out classed the other fighter should have been a More experienced fighter in the cage someone was paid to be a PUNCHING BAG

And I have been tournaments where the guy was a hundred times better than me and I should not have been fighting him .
8yrs full contact martial arts 2nd degree black belt Taekwondo . many years retired .
