Ive recently seen 3 new reactions to this episode within the past few weeks and everybody said exactly the same: "shes number 3?! Shes stronger than Ulquiorra?!"😂😂
Te be honest, we don't know. This Nelliel still was losing reiatsu like crazy, was holding back to not kill Nnoitra and was rusty AF so this Nelliel probably not, but Nelliel with the crack healed or with something that prevents reiatsu from leaking, not holding back and with a few months to get that rust off her? She may actually be stronger that Ulquiorra. If she would be stronger than normal resurreccion Ulquorra or segunda etapa Ulquiorra... I don't really know, if I had to say that is the same question as asking of Harribel could beat Segunda etapa Ulquiorra as I think that a Nelliel that is at 100% is escalable to Harribel, in the novels it is shown that Nelliel and Harribel are more or less equal while Grimmjow still lags behind them. So probably a 100% Nelliel would still merit her Rank which means that she should be able to at least defeat normal resurreccion Ulquiorra. Not that she would be effective vs Ulquiorra, his instant regeneration means that is hard to beat him without killing him as anything that doesn't kill him, he can regenerate. Nelliel is like super 100% against killing, so she would only inflict wounds that Ulquiorra can heal. At the same time, normal resurreccion Ulquiorra depends a lot on Ceros for ranged attacks and Nelliel is a perfect Cero counter.
It would be an interesting fight, Healed Nelliel not holding back in resurreccion vs Ulquiorra in normal resurreccion.
She is not stronger than ulquiorra. And when ulquiorra fight you will see " true despair ". Ulquiorra is something else you will not believe how strong he is untill you watch him, i hope this is a hype not spoiler for you.

@Chewy altt thanks for explanation. But fyi, in Japanese sometimes pronounced shi (四) and even in Chinese si (四) sounds quite similar to 死 means death. And not only both countries, but almost all East (and some South East) Asia have this superstition of tetraphobia...

Not really, yea she’s still able to fight him and gain an advantage but Nnoitora tanked her release state attack in base form. He didn’t really receive any significant damage at all, so to me Nnoitora in release state would beat her

7:06 Nelliel is not really a "privaron espada", she is a "former espada" is not the same, privaron espada are arrancars that were espada but were replaced by more powerful arrancars and lost their post, so Aizen reassigned them into a new rank called privaron espada. Nelliel is not that, she never was replaced inside the organization and demoted, she was believed to be MIA and by joining Ichigo she essentially exited the organization, which means that she never was a privaron nor is she a privaron, she is just an ex-espada, someone that was an espada but no longer is because she no longer is in that organization. Is very much like Isshin. Isshin is not someone that was captain but that was demoted to other position, he was a MIA captain and next time he appeared, he essentially had deserted the gotei, so he is a "former captain".
The distinction is important because the privaron espada are weaker than the current espada, While Nelliel is not relly weaker, in fact she pretty much is still at 3 espada level, she's just injured,, not at her full capacity and in this fight she is holding back like crazy because she doesn't want to kill. TBH she could kill Nnoitra in one strike, she is able to pierce his hierro and draw quite the ammount of blood in his chest which is one of the hardest body parts without much effort and without Nnoitra being able to parry that. If she wanted she could have done the same to his neck and decapitated Nnoitra in a single swipe. She just get progressively weaker during the fight as she is still leaking spiritual pressure trough that crack in her mask.
Funny thing is that Orihime, who is there, could had healed Nelliel's mask completely, restoring her to full power, which would very probably put Nelliel over Ulquiorra, in fact she could've just sonido to get the rest of Ichigo's friends, open a quick garganta and send them all back to the living world, considering Nelliel's character she probably would even accompany them to make sure they are safe. Ichigo would had keep his sorta promise with his "inner hollow" of not dying before he returns, so instead of a crappy sacrificial move his zan spirits would have just gave him more access to his powers as he would have demonstrated that he can be trusted with remaining alive, so he could have beaten Aizen without mugetsu. Nelliel may had convinced Harribel that Aizen could not be trusted at the start of the invasion, and both of them may have convinced Stark. Barragan seeing this as the chance to revel against Aizen that he was hoping for, would have likely also betrayed Aizen, which may had resulted in the top espada remaining alive, Nelliel may have even let Ulquiorra alive.
With the Arrancar in much better shape and with more numbers they may have been able to resist the Quincy invasion a lot better, which would have negated the quincy from a chunk of their troops. This would have made the 1000 thousand years blood easier as more high level arrancar would have entered the fray, so many who died may not have died, Ichigo also wouldn't be lacking whatever part of his powers he lost with mugetsu nor what he lost when Ginjo stole his powers, which would have made him more powerful, maybe defeating Ywatch before he absorbs the SK.
Less people dying and the SK not being replaced would have resulted in the gates of hell not being as unstable so the hell arc wouldn't happen, also more people to stop the villains in the novels.
In general, you could say that if Orihime had healed Nelliel mask here, the story would have been quite less tragic and a tad easier on Ichigo's and everyone's psyche.
