Bob D., you are amazing!!! The light and humorous way you talk about our deadly disease is refreshing, and truth about alcoholism is right on... The way you convey the crazy things we do and the CRAZY thoughts we have drunk and then sober is completely hysterical. It's so important to find the humor. We all can identify and we all need to know that it's all ok. You keep it really simple too, and that's important cuz even after being in AA and working on my recovery for a long time, some days I can still complicated the crap out of life!!!! Thanks, I listen to you often and you have REALLY helped me on days when I have not been able to get out to meetings, due to recovering from an illness. You have brightened up my days and made me laugh out loud many, many times. I want to find your schedule of speaking dates, would love to see ya live.... Thank you , Love and Blessings

It's really good to hear Bob D I met Bob when I was 20 yrs old I am now in my 50's my alcoholism had gotten to the point where it was costing me internal organs including 75% of my stomach medication for my pancreas my liver and a few other things we attended the same Sunday meeting at a place called Samaritan House it was it Bob Daryl's house that I met Clancy are old timers with double-digit sobriety that included me in their life and it would actually invite me to lunch after meetings I remember a long list of people with quality somebody cuz they believed in service work as well as service commitments greeter coffee maker secretary and then alternate GSR in GSRenclosing Bob Dee would always start with this prayer that wait God help me forget everything I think I know about you everything I think I know about me and everything I think I know about others so that we can have a new experience with you today God thank you God thanks for loving me until I could love myself

Thanks for sharing. The most important thing I have learned from your talks is that alcoholism begins when I stop drinking. Knowing this is refreshing. Because now I know what’s wrong. And now I now I am clear on why my mind works the way it does. I’m going to keep coming back.
