Hi,this works fine in v1.05 physics. but if you are still having problems, maybe it's caused by Ballast. Ballast has connection point in the y-axis. therefore if the ballast is parallel to the wheels and connected too close(>=0.25), it will interfere with wheel's surface and propellers. please check the direction of Ballast. Also, if the ballast is too light, connected parts will vibrate strongly. old bug. you need to set the weight of the ballast at 0.4 or more. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2145071194
Yeah wooden poles can be very glitchy, so that may be the problem. Some have recommended bracing everything further or you could try replacing some of those glitchy parts altogether.

@JMSN Try setting the ballast block to 0.40, worked for me... dampens the vibrations lots : D
With some testing I also found it can be gltichy if you clip the ballasts too far into the wheels
