Wow Gary and Mr Cameraman what can i say on this review.
You really did hit a 10 out of 10 place, and with that pre booking of 30% off, you got a 5 star curry for two for £20 a head, NO ONE can criticise that.
I must admit im a big Lamb man and so love Tandoori Lamb chops, and it appears you hit on some mouth watering ones here.
I absolutely loved the presentation of the food, and those extra touches of the garnish on the top really show the place cares, also hot plates are such a must for myself, and you certainty got them.
All fresh all local no artificial colours or preservatives, its a no brainer for me a defiant 10.
Oh re the Phall curry, don't do it my friend, its more of a challenge than a nice food experience, and oh my goodness will you regret it the next day.

I'm definitely gona pay this a visit in the near future. Ps. With the phaul challenge ( cant spell or pronounce it sorry ) ! I have to agree, ghee is very good for you, along with dripping and lard. It is actually seed oils that are very bad for us, they become unstable in the process of trying to get the minuscule amount of oil from the seed, and that makes them extremely unhealthy for the body. On my Masters degree in health, one of our colleagues who had a farm, made his own ghee. When we tested our cholesterol, as part of our studies, his was the best out of all of us, and on more research, we all saw that animal fats are indeed the best for us. Sorry about the lesson, but I just thought I’d put my two penn’orth in 😂! I love your reviews by the way 😊

A 9.5 to 10 score from me & a Gold Star Award. A lot of people, Talk about this place being fantastic. I have not been there yet. I noticed, You didn't have any desert! - The cameraman, Needs to help you out a bit more with all that food. Wearing that cream colour top, Was also very brave with all that food. I would have made a huge mess of it all.
Those spicy food challenges can be painful. A Spicy Fish Curry next time ?.
I think for any establishment that gets a score of 10 or a 9 & above & a gold star rating, You should do some behind the scenes 'Special' style of videos, Where you meet the chef & do some time in the kitchens, To see where the magic happens & showcase this in another video, If they are happy to allow it.
I think the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food.
They also do 10% off for Takeway & Free Delivery if local. If you sign up to their newsletter, You can get 10% off the food bill, Which I think applies to dining in.
I need to get out more & try thier fish curry, It is also spicy. Another visit back thier Gary...

Fantastic review as always Gary , WOW that meal looked top class. Chicken jalfrezi one of my favourites as well. You mentioned the phal challenge , be careful some can be so hot that you rarely eat the whole meal and just crave for water. I’ve had several and now resort to madras / vindaloo as more manageable. Slightly different but what about a biriani challenge ? Can ask for extra hotness as quite mild usually. I find they differ quite a bit from restaurant to restaurant to takeaway so just a thought. Anyway cracking review and as always makes me want to order an Indian following day !

Thank you Dave. It was superb and okay mate. Hopefully I get a milder version - cheers all the best.

Thanks for this video, Gary! Last night I ordered a delivery meal from IR, and, by Jove, it was awesome. Like you, I ordered the Lamb Dansak, and it was spot on. Just spicy enough, and not too sweet. Paired with a Sag Paneer and a couple of Naans, it was so tasty. The service was very good as well, including a follow up phone call from Abdul, the manager, to check that everything was okay 😃

Great review Gary, One of my Favourite Indians have used it for the last 15 years and the last visit was 3 weeks ago, Food is always excellent, and the 30% discount brings the prices down to reasonable levels, you ate at a quiet time as all tables are full at busier periods, Must try those lamb chops next visit, love the Indian Rooms.
