I don't think Smoke is cheap, i think they have added veriety and fun to MK1 instead of having a watered down version resembling MK11

I LOVE playing Smoke with Sektor
Never was a huge smoke fan in past games but I really like his design here, on top of that he basically is a dash cancel character which are some of my favorite types of gameplay in my games, although the input method is different for his “dash cancel” it achieving the same thing and I also love that your using sektor kameo also what I like pairing with him I love the restand for smoke since he is heavy mix up character
Been doing really well with smoke in ranked he's fun af, Sareena ofcourse is a great kameo for him but Darrius is way more fun. Darrius can hit confirm and full combo off any of Smokes normal strings and if you mess up the cancel and hit someone with his B,F,3 you can full combo for 40% off that too, also allows for grab combos if you call in Darrius mid grab you have enough time to get a 25ish% combo off of a GRAB... Same goes for naked teleport if you can land it, you have enough time to call in Darrius and full combo no meter.
Anyone have any tips for how to do the smoke bf3 cancel consistently? Keep getting bodied because I’m having trouble getting to damage as smoke

I can highly recommend to try Smoke with Darrius, might sound stupid but if u learn how to time his ambush assist you can go even for 80% dmg mix up combos!

FYI, if you enter a combo with Sector as Kameo and hit right bumper twice, the missle with auto lock on your opponent to setup for another combo.
I think it’s Kameo button 2x. Once is just a down missile.
I've been labbing Smoke today, too.
I kameo with scorpion to extend the vapour combos with a launcher after F12 to stun, and the keep up with F12,1+3
Really fun but timing is crucial.

I think I found the answer… db4 is his low teleport. If you hold forward is cancels. I BELIEVE if you ex and cancel he goes invisible! Will try in the lab later!
Imo sonya is the best kameo for smoke with her flying attack you can get it after f11grab string, b23,f4, d2,32 and smokes regular throw its pretty crazy!!

Mk is too intriquite for me, watching other people play characters us so awesome, then I play and I can never combo so I’m stuck hittin a x,square,triangle combo over n over, and it’s so slow so it doesn’t even look cool it’s just boring
I dont know if is only me , but i miss smoke bomb on smoke and the green projectiles on Johnny cage, Mk1 is good , but dam (not the RESETS , only throwing smoke bombs, smoke in this game is like a generic ninja idk),
Waz or anyone who could possibly tell me where to send my clips to show I managed to pull a 52% combo( practice but in a online match it does 50%) with smoke after watching this video and I want to see if he would like it.

I’m actually really fed up of fighting smoke his smoke teleports are so cheap it’s literally guessing game for most of the match. Feels to cheap Iv even just stopped fighting them. I get ok one match then I leave. Can’t put up with it. Not fun

To all the smokes use frost guaranteed damage if you grenade teleport and frost freeze at the same time. More guaranteed damage if you freeze after your back triangle leap then follow with a number of devastating combos trust
