Are you dumb or something like fr smoke has to be the easiest character in the game + anyone can get elder god with him doing the same things Going invisible + random teleport + overheads every second
I’m starting to have more respect for smoke players at first i didn’t like fighting against him but now that i have more knowledge on his game plan he’s tight.
@@DondonII no, I just said it takes skill and I appreciate that. I don’t appreciate that you don’t have much options to deal with him. Tell me what counter play there is against him when you’re sandwiched, aside from doing an armored move.
@@effjay8970 No I'm saying is Kenshi takes skill. But when you see how it actually looks the gameplay is mindless, compared to other characters. The fact that Sento still operates the way it does is ridiculous.
The Kenshin player had the upper hand in terms of the character skill and the cameo. The smoke player should have been done for (if they play again, 70% change the Kenshi player would win the game). But the calmness and the never give up attitude and always look for an opening what caused the smoke player to win the game. His gaming skill was awesome.
Smoke was good, but he was nervous or something if he really is the best Smoke as the title says. He dropped a lot and didn't finish the combos with down+back 3 + front with a bar for invisibility, and he was using the normal move that doesn't give any advantage. Without a doubt, he was trying to become invisible because that's the only way to make Smoke's plan viable. Without invisibility, everything is too reactable and punishable
@@tobirae-zm7jg At first, their strings were more difficult, but over time, almost everyone adapted because they were easy to predict due to the spacing. At mid-screen, there would always be one for the overhead, and up close, one would always go for the low. But being invisible makes it less perceptible for them to be so predictable. Personally, the smokes that abuse invisibility setups have beaten me much more than those that don't use it. This is my own experience, but watching this player in the game, it sometimes seemed like they wanted to be invisible but didn't capitalize on it, probably due to an error. Being invisible, you can easily land the down + back + 3 too and almost every string consistently
I saw even after sento meter goes away u can still get sento with a meter burn wth ,yeah kenshi is broken or just cheap imo, that’s just an endless sento throughout the whole rounds
Honestly I'm angry at how mk1 players do smoke teleport hits, because I find it impossible to learn beforehand if I have to block high or block low. I think gameplay is broken for this player because it's too hard/fast to decide if you have to block high or block low. And I don't want to actually TRAIN for that one move. OMG since when do we have to TRAIN specific moves to play with friends!! It's not like we're competing on a tournament afterall, and it blows to tell friends "you can't select smoke or else I will select smoke and do the same to you" because the game turns boring and we just change it. I wish I hadn't bought it, or else I will have to forbid my BF from choosing smoke lol
If you can spam cancels that fast without meter and have fast low and overhead starters and you can turn invisible without really any punishment than your character doesn’t need a buff. Focus on the actual bad characters in the game and stop making the cheap ones even cheaper
Smoke's overhead and his cancels are easily punishable. Play the character for a day or two, and you'll never lose to another smoke online again. Either buff every character but Ashrah and Kenshi or nerf those two, but I'd rather have everyone get a buff and be "cheap" in their own way.
Imagine being so bad you’re gonna bitch about a low tier character without doing any labbing first. Tell me you’re a scrub without telling me you’re a scrub. Also, FYI, Smoke’s invisibility and cancels punishable🤡

yea fr. i’d say his popularity brought his down fall because everyone knows his gaps. but it makes it easy for the better smoke players to shine.
