Coaching in these tournaments is underrated. Picking the right team is right there too. We’ve seen other teams leave players like Parekh(sp?) home. They will pay for that decision.
The Czech junior program really fell off after the fall of the Eastern Block. A lot of promising talent ended up coming over to the CHL and getting lost in the mix. It's nice to see that they are starting to rebuild their talent pool in the homegrown leagues.
