No there is no transition at all that is just political propaganda, let me show you the obvious , sex can’t be change a it is hard wire at the chromosome and Phenotypic expression is how the cell develop , after dna is use by the cell to create copies , both can’t be change .

Another problem with the identity is that you can’t identify something that is not identical, this is call principle of identity , so if you identify a women not only you identify sex and not gender but you identify something that don’t exist not objective and not identical.
Now I will show you more problems , the word self perception is also a lie , perception is to get data using the 5 senses , emotion are internal and subjective so you can’t have perception of emotions .
More problems , social gender pretend to be social and not sex , error sex drive , desire is part of sex and biology also this debunk the gender theory , the brain cortex where desire is process is an automatic function, not where the social part of the brain is .
Then you have more problem , social gender ideology pretend you can define gender identity base in sexual desire , here the problem is you can’t know you desire a man or women because it imply you already know what a man or women is and if you do know what a man or women is then you can’t know and don’t know at the same time as this is a contradiction, if you can know you like only women you can’t not know you are women either you do know or don’t .
Even more errors and propaganda, if you define gender identity and then you say your identity is a gender , then you are saying your identity is a gender or you have an identity of an identity, because if you say you have gender identity that is s gender you have an identity of a gender that is itself an identity, this is logic error and effort to replace the word gender with identity to make the identity a gender a logic impossible and propaganda.
Another problem , is you pretend society create genders then no genders exist before society but same sex exist before any society and even if the person don’t even see another human .
Also the first word of lgbt altar de define themself by sex another contradiction.
Now to the lie of phobias , don’t exist as fear is not a disease and to say the is irrational fear to define phobias is an oxymoron, as all emotion are emotional not rational , people feel emotion don’t think emotion .

More lies , you can’t have a gender and change it , no you can’t as a gender is a classification of a group ,you can be a member of a group but you can’t change the entire group or be a group as a single individual.

The reason abortion, and LGBTQ (primarily trans issues such as Gender-affirming care, access to minors) issues, are considered issues is because the people who argue against it say those things are immoral so they aren't imaginary issues. Abortion is definitely not argued against by the right because the right hates giving women some rights but they just think it kills a baby.

As a Cristhian half of my friends are LGBT members and I hate when people go and say "gay people are evil" it feels sick and it gives us a bad reputation.

I was told all manner of horrible things about gays and lesbians as a kid. The irony is that I went to college, and made a bunch of gay friends that I had no idea were gay. When I found out they were gay, I had a lot to process. Other than their sexual orientations, they were normal people, no different from me. It was clear that I had been fed a bunch of hateful lies throughout my childhood, by people that I had trusted.

I agree you should love everyone however you have the right to disagree with them so if you want to change your sex (which isn't possible) your parents should love you but at the same time your parents have the right to tell you the harms of transitioning medically.

They were much more vague about this all when I was disfellowshi..... when I graduated from the JWs in 1997. I graduated with the rainbow card without ever having had a same-sex relationship. (I was later in a lesbian relationship 15 years which lasted 3 x longer than the union blessed in the Kingdom Hall., until her death).

I'm bi and my best friend is trans-I LOVED this video, especially the talk on the difference between sex and gender and marriages. I never understood why people take so much offense to something that they don't consider "traditional". Someone's sexuality and identity literally doesn't hurt anyone! I don’t know why people can't just leave other people alone. Even then, I don’t understand the goal either-why waste the energy and time to spread hateful ideologies that ultimately end up doing more harm than the people they "take offense to". It makes absolutely no sense.

It's not, however, a complete understanding of the world.
Advanced biology digs into it so much more and shows us that that doesn't quite cover it all. There are more options than just XX and XY. Sometimes there's an extra chromosome. And sometimes, bear with me because this part is wild, the chromosomes have nothing to do with a person's gender! 😱

I identify as Grey-A (in the murk between ace and sexual) and I was queer-baited in school for not showing interest in boys as a girl, and for that reason alone, I believe in trying to give to a world that tells people that they do not need to fear the things that they do not choose for themselves.

@exjwpandatower I'm bisexual, and engaged to a wonderful,tolerant straight man(i'm a woman) who takes me for who i am. I grew up in the Southern Baptist faih,and when i began to be honest with myself at age 23(i'm now 44), i experienced the cold reality of intolerance from ppl i thought were members of my church 'family'. Even my parents were not accepting. My lifeline was a guy who was gay,who'd come out after years of us being friends. He got me out of the house for a few hours several times,and took me out to eat(and introduced me to crab cakes,yum!). He's a member of an MCC in Birmingham,Alabama,and while i didn't go to church with him, i saw the love and acceptance i should've been getting all along from the church i *did* attend.
For many years when I was still in (but didn’t want to be) I often worried about how I could justify this stance to non witnesses. Thankfully I’m out now and this talk left me disturbed. Such hatred and bigotry. Thanks panda
(I'm an ex-Mormon). When I came out to my bishop (Kind of like a pastor), he seemed to understand. I thought that would be it. My mom got a text from the stake president (The bishop's higher-up) asking us to meet. He gave me the ultimatum of going back into the closet (Deadname, wrong pronouns, ect) or have my calling (a job I did in the church), my temple recommend (something that allowed me into the religion's holy place) and banned from church. At another church meeting (After that) there was an open form where you could submit questions. Let me tell you, I abused the HELLS out of that.

Long comment incoming, sorry about that. I’ve recently been binging your videos and wow, I didn’t expect how emotional I’d get hearing you affirm trans identities. In the united states trans people are constantly used as punching bags and scapegoats, certain conservative pundits have publicly called for our eradication. Trans people are a very small population and we’re often poor, traumatized, and isolated. Our community as a whole is very tired and very stressed. What this guy is saying isn’t anything I haven’t heard before and so it isn’t particularly upsetting to me at this point. But I really genuinely appreciate you standing up for us. I have very religious family members and I know how gay and gender non conforming people are talked about in those kinds of households. I know you probably were taught to hate or pity us. That’s what makes it so impactful for me to hear you stand up for gay and trans people. Seriously, thank you. It’s nice to hear kind words for a change

I'm in one of those private catholic schools and was raised in a rather traditional and conservative family so I kinda get what lgbt+ people feel as jws (I'm in the raibow comunity myself). I know how scary it is to talk about fundamental values and such, even the thought of being discovered or that someone might suspect something is terrifying (all the girls in my class just keep talking on how they want to get married, be pregnat and have a family, everyone expects me to do the same and even thought of it scares me to the core)
At this point I am well prepared for someone to go on a 2 hour tirade against the air we breathe & it will be glorious in how completely absurd it'll be.
It would make too much sense since fun fact, the air we breathe is slowly killing us.

I remember talking about this with my mother (mother of a trans man, and fully supportive) and early in my transition I told her "sorry for not being normal, sorry for troubling you, I don't want people to judge you, I'll understand if you don't love me anymore" and she told me that no matter what, she loved me, I asked her if she really ment that as a Catholic person, and she told me "no matter what, if I had to leave the church, if I had to go fight against everyone in this world or leave other people behind, I would do it for you, my fate is mine, and only mine, just like my love for you" I almost cried I won't lie, my point is, that true love has no bounds, and your religion is no excuse for hating on others, specially on already marginalized groups.
Good people will find ways to be good, and bad people will always find ways to be bad, regardless of their beliefs.

Upon reading it again, I see what part of the original comment you were replying to, and it feels less out of place now (tho still a bit insensitive). And what they were talking about is people using religion to justify the harming of minorities. Saying "homosexuality is a sin" isn't inherently harming the LGBTQ+ community, but it's an argument that's been used to justify, for example, engaging in a non-straight relationship being punishable by death (which it was in many countries and STILL IS in some).

The only problem that i as a biologist have with trans community is in semantics, instead of using names of sexes like male and female it would be better to use therms such as "masculine character" and "feminane character" it would lead to less confusion and i bet this change alone would stop a lot of hate that this community has without changing the meaning of their ideals, since it would simpy state that someones character (internal feeling) are certain way without confusion about sex (fully biological thing)

It's impossible to remove all hate however it is possible to remove some hate and also I have a question if gender is completely on what you want it to be and body parts don't define you then why take pills or get a surgery if parts don't define you?

Trans people start to express identity by finding a name and pronoun that's comfortable. Other expression is wearing specific clothes but they can also have a chest binder, learn how to tuck genitals or wearing a wig to appear feminine, masculine or a blend of both.
Some trans people want to appear more masculine or feminine to match how they view themself. Some trans people feel uncomfortable with certain body parts, seeing as it doesn't fit how they view themself. The discomfort can be other aspects such as facial body hair, facial features that are seen as more feminine or masculine and how deep or soft a voice is.
A trans person who's identifying as a man generally take steps he's comfortable with to fit his image of himself. He might pick a treatment or several treatments that will help him feel at ease. The same thing can apply for a trans woman, male to female. Trans people who undergo medical or surgical treatments generally want others to view them as men or women, seeing as people in general view others by characteristics such as appearance, voice and behavior during a first meeting.
Some trans people aren't comfortable with certain treatments. Others can't afford it or are still waiting while being in therapy.
When it come to nonbinary people, people who don't identify as men or women, they might have discomfort with some sex characteristics and go through treatments they are comfortable with. Some chose surgeries or hormones while others mainly express their identities by how they dress. One binary person might find it easier to dress in ways that blend masculine and feminine traits while another person lean into one expression more. A nonbinary person go through different struggles seeing as the majority of this modern world has been taught to view people as men and women.
When people talk about "defining by body parts" it generally mean "don't view me as this or this because of my body parts or how I was born. I don't view myself in those terms and I want you to treat me this way instead."
Gender and sex is complicated. People are complex.

if there's one thing about my friend group: we're very inclusive as long as your not a bad person. My friend let's call him John is a mormon and does he shame this one person in our group who's transmasc? NO. Do I, an almost atheist shame John for being a mormon? Absolutely not. Does he shame me for being an atheist? He'll talk about his beliefs sometimes but my friends and I all love each other just the same. We don't care if one of us is mentally ill, we don't care about race, we don't care about religion, and we don't care if your LGBTQ+ or not. We only shame people who bully us.

For some context, I am a gay male 14 year old in the mormon church with conservative parents. I have not come out to my parents and I don't know how to handle the situation, what should I do?
I’d say find some queer friends online or in your area, and probably don’t tell your parents. It might be unsafe for you to do.
The most important thing I can say is not to tell your parents. A lot of queer people have been abused by their parents for coming out to them, especially if their parents were highly-religious conservatives. It sucks, but it is way safer to not tell them until you have a home of your own and financial independence.
If you want to meet other LGBTQ+ people, I highly, highly recommend seeing if your school has a queer club (they sometimes have different names, but it’s usually a GSTA/GSA) and asking someone you know and trust if they’ll tell your parents if you decide to join, if they would, don’t join.
I’d recommend looking into the Trevor Project, since they have counselors for young LGBTQ+ people who are in similar situations to you.
I know how that feels. I’m agender and in the Mormon religion. Maybe to gage their reaction watch something that had LGBTQ+ representation but it’s not the focus, say Namona or S2 of the owl house. If it’s negative then don’t come out until you move out and are completely independent of them or not at all. There are online resources to leave the church and get your records removed so the church can’t follow you. I wish you luck.

As a nonbinary person, I often got the comment "Well if gender is a social construct, then it's not real. So why giving yourself a label?" I think that people don't really understand what a social construct is or how it works. Just because I reject gender roles doesn't mean they stop existing or that they were never real to begin with.
It's the same with money. Money is a social construct. If aliens ever visited our planet, they'd just see a worthless piece of printed paper. That's because it is just printed paper. But it became such an essential part in our lives and our economy because at some point our ancestors decided "exchanging goods for other goods isn't efficient. We need a universal currency so we don't end up having to sell our goods for something we don't need." We can break out of this system by becoming self-sufficient or building a community that doesn't rely on money. But the rest of the world won't stop using money just because I stop doing it.

A little bit of context I was raised from a young age as a Jehovah's Witness and everything was going well until I was 16 years old and I started to fall in love with a boy which was emotional chaos for me because first they always tell you that you have to block out all those kinds of feelings and second, I didn't know why I felt sorry for another man when they always told me that it was wrong. long story short at some point they disfellowship me and they just did it I tried to commit suicide but a friend I met by chance and secretly outside religion saved me from doing it, I wanted to return to religion so I could say goodbye to my grandmother, that she die peacefully and able to attend the funeral. during my time away i educated myself about my orientation and about the whole LGBTIQA+ community they disfellowship me again and obviously my parents are kicking me out so i am looking for a place to live.

We have to admit, the best of us, we can’t really know God’s plan. Whatever you belief in god, some parts of it must be a little wrong, because all men are fallible & can be fooled. So never use a religious difference to keep yourself from making friends with people outside your belief system. If you don’t, it may be a cult.

I'm a trans agnostic. I attend the United Church, which has a rainbow walkway. One regular guest minister is gay. I feel accepted by this church. Hate has no place there.
Well your church is not a Christian church a minister who acts on their temptations to date a person of their same sex is commiting a sin read 1st Corinthians 6:9 and a person who abandoned their biological sex is rebelling against God. I understand you might have gender dysphoria but trying to change your sex is a sin.
I’m so glad that you’re in an accepting church! I keep passing by a local church that has a rainbow flag with phrases like “Love is Love” and “All genders are valid”, and I can’t help but smile every time I see it. It’s really lovely to see.
