Maurice my children and in-laws had our Super Bowl party in Tennessee. Every couple had their own floor. I realized that we were all together except my son. He seemed very uncomfortable. I went to be with him and I asked why don’t you sit with us. He said. Mom everybody is drinking alcohol. He said I haven’t drank anything in thirteen years. He said I’m not going to be around it because I’m afraid I will give in. I love him so much and I am so proud of him ❤️
This conversation made me want to give Carolyn a hug. Whenever I see Diane on GH, I light up, because I know she will make me smile, at the very least, if not laugh. Now I want to find ‘The Secret Life of Damian Spinelli’. 👏👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Carolyn is great. One of my all-time favorite GH scenes was when Sonny, Diane and Spinelli were talking about Jason's then-secret child, who Spinelli referred to as "the innocent one". As the conversation heated up, Diane got wrapped up in Spinelli-speak and called the baby "the innocent one" as well, much to her embarrassment. LOL

I got him when he was five months old and as of this month he will be sixteen. He has not only helped me during my depression, but even in the most difficult times. No judgement just unconditional love. The thought of losing him is devastating, but I know in my heart I will have to rescue another dog. I love this actress! It reminds me of when my grandfather told me about when he was an alcoholic for so many years and been going to AA meetings for so long, he’s actually sober 35+ years now. I’m so happy for him and never go down that path with the alcohol addictions and the way my grandfather went through. It’s just an incredible story and also grateful he’s here today. Wow, i learned so much about Carolyn Hennesy in this interview,and i never knew she had a drinking problem, but i do remember her in those shows because i was watching them back in the day. Yes, please, Maurice Bernard, please talk to Frank because we need more episodes with Diane, the killer lawyer 😂 who is an amazing actress on G.H. and love when she's on with many of the characters i love to watch. Don't care for the Nina character, and that was the best scene that Diane had with a character because she blasted Nina's character. She told her what time it was. 😂😂😂
I know what you mean about animals. When I was on a farm there was about 30 cows. If I had a bad day I would just go out and sit with them and watch the calves play. Very comforting.

Always remember cause I did the 12 steps as well and I have been sober for 12 years now. Thank God always remember after you make your list and you go down at least and you let the person know that you know what you did and that you are sorry and you will never do it again. I'll always remember to have the courage, To forgive yourself.
