It is amazing to watch how the language is articulating so much more concise and descriptive. In even 5 years ago when the language seemed more directed toward feeling and emotion. Its just cool to watch the language evolve along the way..
No one told me that the past could be changed, but some time ago, I spontaneously began re-writing unhappy situations to remake them to good, and it works! Example: the house I grew up in, which was so inadequate and falling apart, is now spacious and beautiful, with room for everyone and everything. I can barely see the "real" one anymore. Same with other situations, dreams, people. I am creating my past, present, and future for my highest good and well-being.
Rewriting the past is just simply changing one's awareness around experiences and seeing them from a different perspective. A lot of times this happens when people begin to work on themselves and heal through acceptance and letting go. Discovering who one truly is to become by connecting with one's potential self removes negativity, fear and doubt from within one's self and allowing one to truly love themselves. Many people try to use the fake it till you make it to achieve this goal and that's not genuine work and it never last. That's why one becomes childlike in awareness as experiences are seen through a new lens of awareness. When we get here everything tells us that the outside is what is in control of us and it takes some of us a lifetime if at all to figure this out. Once we realize that the inside effects the outside is when you're really in the game. I'm so glad that worked for you, solidify that feeling of change within so should the external state of the situation reoccur the inside is no longer affected by it. It keeps us from being tethered to external events and keeps us in balance within ourselves as we let go and let God! ❤
@dollywade- Children spend hours "pretending" how they want their life to be. For example, an ugly little girl pretends she is beautiful and Prince Charming will come and save her. Then the child has to eventually deal with the truth at some point and guess what happens ? She can't cope with reality. Running from your past does not serve you well in the long run. That house is part of what made you who you are today. Hopefully, you are a kind, thoughtful, caring person and that house played a part in making you who you are today. To deny that house, being the way it was, is denying who you are today. You can make your future whatever you want, because it is ALL up to you. You are in control of you and you can make it happen.

I read a book when I was in high school called “The User Illusion” that explained a lot of this stuff. It breaks down consciousness mathematically as well as philosophically and said there’s a shift like every 3 thousand years between us hearing god speak to us and god actually speaking through us. It fascinated me but I couldn’t really grasp it back then. It’s crazy how 30 years later that book is becoming relevant to me.

It was, indeed, thank you. Living naturally and not forcing children into conforming to unnecessary societal norms, clearly makes all the difference.

I had a lot of no's growing up and even all through childhood I never understood all the conditional rules which I didn't care for one bit. Never rebellious and tried to accept the SYSTEM as it were but finally left home trying to break free from the low vibration and negative atmosphere. Nobody understood me, I felt alone in the family like I didn't belong crazy as that sounds. Grew up with a major lack of self confidence but as an adult worked my way through it knowing deep down there was more to life. I was always happy, smiled all the time, but underneath questioning life as if it were just a game that got played over and over again.. That everyone seemed asleep at the wheel so to speak driving through life not ever thinking outside the box. I also thought it was sort of a tacit coagreement that we all play roles ,pretend behsviors ,to test potential outcomes to see which we like best 😂..for ex girls are more reserved ,polite and sit with their legs closed ...these sort of generic rules . But everyone knows we pretend ,is what I thought, so I was surprised when I realised some ppl take it seriously believe and identify with their role ... Now these agreements however bothered me and fell apart when something was too stupid or unjust .that's when I thought I must ve able to explain it to ppl rationally, mathematically , I ts not right to expect them to believe it so because " it s obvious" That was a mistake that I realised when I discovered that ppl choose to believe their lie bcoz they want to even when ridiculous and debunked ,for ex girls can't play football 😂jst saying

I have always been an awkward thorn in the side of the Matrix, I was a scapegoat for a reason I suppose. Had plenty of highs but equally plenty of the Dark night of the soul. I have always sort of rejected this materialistic Matrix, and I was given much more awareness in 2020.🙏💖

After third grade recess was over one day, for some inexplicable reason I was allowed to get on the bus headed for Catechism. After being there for 30 min. watching and listening to the angry Nuns saying things that didn't resonate with kindness, caused me to denounce religion.. at 8 yrs. old. After 70 yrs. Dear Amrit and Jim, I want to tell you that I was meant to watch this podcast at the precise moment that it came to me. It was exactly what I needed at this moment in my healing. I have been healing for so long and I feel like I have been going around and around in my healing and suffering. Always going deeper into the healing and now it seems as if pure pain is rising. I am actually at this moment working through a very painful mind attack. Everything you shared today Jim was incredibly healing. I felt a real shift. My mind takes me to my own "stolen chocolate" scenarios that keep me filled with shame and guilt and try as hard as I do to focus on self-love and self-compassion and healing. These things keep on creeping up and slamming me down to the ground. The backpack is truly emptying out. Your guidance and explanation of "time" and how we judge ourselves based on mother/father/teacher/preacher just really landed right when I needed to hear it. There was an opening from the intense pain that I am feeling today and I am really leaning into it. Does this pain serve me in any way? NO. Does my shame have a reason for being? My constant self-criticism and self-punishment? To the point of making myself suffer in my life? Treating everyone else with love but myself with so much judgement. Is this serving me in ANY way? NO. I feel like I must have known this because it seems so obvious, but the way that you presented it Jim truly transformed something inside of me. Thank you so much to the both of you. I do have two points to raise … 1) “I think things into physical form/ how I think it into physical existence, it appears eg., a chair/table/tree etc.” … so it’s always confused me as to how we can all see the chair/table/tree? 2) I understood that the Etheric Body also known as the Life Body/Energy Body is not the same as the Astral Body as mentioned. The Astral Body has to do with our feelings/emotions eg., likes/dislikes, sympathy/antipathy, attraction/aversion etc. I would be grateful if this could be addressed 🙏🏽
My understanding of no1 above, in this whole game, the others play NPC in your game. The same you play NPC in others game. It would be all slightly different for different people even we think it’s exactly the same( chair, house etc).

Hey, I see you just know that and don’t be ashamed to look to the past. We all have wonderful memories of our past. There’s a lot of spiritual teachers out there that don’t know what they’re talking about. Listen to the ones that resonate your heart will give you the truth. Don’t let any spiritual teacher tell you to dissolve your ego because our ego is part of us and it’s not all bad and it’s OK to be angry after all we are only human and I love you please don’t be hard on yourself and wish for your demise. Just sharing as someone who lost a spouse to suicide. You may think you know the impact of your life and who loves and cares about you. You don't. I know it gets tiring sometimes but try not to give up! The people who love you will miss you very much when you're gone and they will grieve the fact that you didn't live to experience this or that wonderful thing if and when you're no longer here. One thing I wish I could have told my husband is that things WILL get easier. I am not angry at him for choosing to leave but had he stayed I think he would have really enjoyed some moments he missed out on and I know for sure he would have touched even more lives in a meaningful way than he was able to in his too short life.
It's so profound.... Yet it reminds of the movie...back to the future.. Where he just shifts something in the past to reset the future.... Magnificent... Thank you for this talk.

I had a lot of no's growing up and even all through childhood I never understood all the conditional rules which I didn't care for one bit. Never rebellious and tried to accept the SYSTEM as it were but finally left home trying to break free from the low vibration and negative atmosphere. Nobody understood me, I felt alone in the family like I didn't belong crazy as that sounds. Grew up with a major lack of self confidence but as an adult worked my way through it knowing deep down there was more to life. I was always happy, smiled all the time, but underneath questioning life as if it were just a game that got played over and over again.. That everyone seemed asleep at the wheel so to speak driving through life not ever thinking outside the box. I've always been a believer in Christ, try to meditate daily and seek to spread as much light and love as I can while I'm here in the Matrix. God Bless everyone and sending love and light to all.💜💜

Dear Amrit and Jim, I want to tell you that I was meant to watch this podcast at the precise moment that it came to me. It was exactly what I needed at this moment in my healing. I have been healing for so long and I feel like I have been going around and around in my healing and suffering. Always going deeper into the healing and now it seems as if pure pain is rising. I am actually at this moment working through a very painful mind attack. Everything you shared today Jim was incredibly healing. I felt a real shift. My mind takes me to my own "stolen chocolate" scenarios that keep me filled with shame and guilt and try as hard as I do to focus on self-love and self-compassion and healing. These things keep on creeping up and slamming me down to the ground. The backpack is truly emptying out. Your guidance and explanation of "time" and how we judge ourselves based on mother/father/teacher/preacher just really landed right when I needed to hear it. There was an opening from the intense pain that I am feeling today and I am really leaning into it. Does this pain serve me in any way? NO. Does my shame have a reason for being? My constant self-criticism and self-punishment? To the point of making myself suffer in my life? Treating everyone else with love but myself with so much judgement. Is this serving me in ANY way? NO. I feel like I must have known this because it seems so obvious, but the way that you presented it Jim truly transformed something inside of me. Thank you so much to the both of you. I do have two points to raise …
1) “I think things into physical form/ how I think it into physical existence, it appears eg., a chair/table/tree etc.” … so it’s always confused me as to how we can all see the chair/table/tree?
2) I understood that the Etheric Body also known as the Life Body/Energy Body is not the same as the Astral Body as mentioned. The Astral Body has to do with our feelings/emotions eg., likes/dislikes, sympathy/antipathy, attraction/aversion etc.
I would be grateful if this could be addressed 🙏🏽
My understanding of no1 above, in this whole game, the others play NPC in your game. The same you play NPC in others game. It would be all slightly different for different people even we think it’s exactly the same( chair, house etc).

Just sharing as someone who lost a spouse to suicide. You may think you know the impact of your life and who loves and cares about you. You don't. I know it gets tiring sometimes but try not to give up! The people who love you will miss you very much when you're gone and they will grieve the fact that you didn't live to experience this or that wonderful thing if and when you're no longer here. One thing I wish I could have told my husband is that things WILL get easier. I am not angry at him for choosing to leave but had he stayed I think he would have really enjoyed some moments he missed out on and I know for sure he would have touched even more lives in a meaningful way than he was able to in his too short life.
