My wife just called me from a petrol station with an empty tank of fuel but she couldn't get the flap open. I watched this and talked her through it. She did it! So a big thank you! Seems a clip has come off of the bar.

There is a micro switch in the door lock that could be at fault. It could also be wiring. It is a common fault. Take a look on A2OC and there will be more information. 👍
