That was a pretty good idea about absorbing the impact of a fall. The thought of the impact is usually the only thing makes me scared to take a big fall.

I find falling is the best way to overcome fear of falling. I’m up to almost 50 ft so far.

That's very cool. I wish events like this would happen in my country as well. But apparently it's always France, Italy or the US

The falling class looked really useful, though I don't think you should be interviewing someone whilst they're belaying. When belaying, 100% of your focus should be on your climber

@02:26 😧brakehand comes up above grigri... DON´T! First step of losing your fear of falling is having a trustworthy belayer.
With this belaying-"technique" you should absolutely be in fear of falling.

oh you so pretty mannered Girl ! I like you :D I also got a sprained ankle from trail jogging on tree roots and rocks forest paths. You sprained your ankle because of the effort you made during the climbing exercise making your ankles vulnerable to later sprain it while walking. Believe me that is how it happens. Sprained ankle never happens when you haven't exhausted yourself. It happens toward the end of the exercise or after. I hope you'll be very careful to let it heal and not sprain it a second time which is much more painful.
