    This is HIGH quality football broadcasting. The type we need. People like how Romo calls games because he knows what’s going on down on the field better than regular broadcasters. This is like that times a million. No one knows the game better than Peyton, and he also happens to be a really good personality. I hope this becomes a regular thing because i will tune into it no matter what game theyre talking about.

      At a restaurant in Cherry Creek in Denver I met him at the bar while waiting for a table.     As a ravens fan, this was the first time I’ve purposely rewatched my team’s loss. That’s how good the commentary was!

      The best football commentary of all time had to have been John Madden. He was a super bowl winning coach with the Oakland raiders back in the seventies. His win percentage lifetime is still one of the top five all time. He won over 70% of the games he coached.
      I remember John Madden calling plays for both teams in several games. He would say "the 49ers are going to do a jet sweep option here* and within 30 seconds, they would do the jet sweep option.

    It’s interesting how in a lot of situations the fans might blame a receiver or a lineman but these vets put the blame on the QB. I would have blamed Leatherwood #70 for that false start but they’re right, no need for a hard count there by Carr.

    When Peyton mentioned how surprising that Raiders blitz was that caused the fumble, I feel like that shows how much the Raiders defense has improved. Sure, they don't blitz a lot, but that makes it tough because you have no idea when it's coming since, with the usual 4-man rush, you can disguise it easier.
    As a Chiefs fan, the Raiders will be quite a challenge.

      It’s really nice, we’re from Oakland and have been season ticket holders for almost 10 years so I was nervous about how I’d feel in there but it was more than I could imagine. Same Raider energy. I wish they could have built it in Oakland.

      When Russel retires, he's going into television or movies, you can tell by how straight edge he's kept himself and by avoiding all controversy, bordering on being boring. He's got the looks, and his wife was a pop star. 100% he's already has plans for his career after football and it will be in the public's eye.
